Good value for a basic stay. No frills. No coffee or breakfast. Close to downtown without downtown prices. Store and restaurant next door. Easy on and off of IH 35 South.Would stay again.

there was used up needles hidden in the mattress. They came out of the blanket after we tried to unroll and use the blanket to sleep. The roaches were everywhere the restroom even had mold. We had to ask for a full refund and went to another hotel last minute. Did not feel safe staying there.

Tina is amazing! Definitely knows how to work with people and does an awesome job running the hotel. That is key to staying anywhere and she hits the marks. Definitely recommend staying here!

The place was decent, but I found a cockroach in the room. The room had a strange smell, but I appreciated that they came in and cleaned it on the second day. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and provided good hospitality. The only issue was the unpleasant smell.

I have stayed at a lot of Motel 6's and a good number of them were considerably cheaper than this one and I was pretty turned off by this one.
Drove up to park and people were all hanging our smoking and walking around the parking lot and it didn't feel safe.
Light wouldn't turn on with the switch. The light switches were dirty like someone had greasy hands when they turned them on and then they didn't get cleaned.
The TV wasn't working at first but them finally came on.
There were roaches in the bath tub and a number of large flies in the room. Room felt really dirty.

I got back from the club, they gave away my room to someone else and still charged me for the night.

Definitely deceiving from the pictures, the tub was disgusting! There was no iron, the hot water took forever.

By far the worst Motel 6 I’ve stayed in. Infrastructure is really bad. Running faucet at all times. No ice machine available. Roaches. Tv was on the verge of breaking. Barely any channels to choose from and very dim. To make matters worse I had to scare a thief at gun point that was trying to break into someone’s work van. Called the cops and they found the owner to tell him.

The employees are not friendly or accommodating. You have to hope someone is at the front desk to see you at the door to push a button to allow you entrance. The rooms are very sparse. Do not forget anything as they have nothing for you. There is no tolerance for early check in or late check out. No handicap accommodations. Some of the steps are breaking away from the staircase. Due to the freezing weather there was no hot water and they chose not to inform me of this upon check in. It took 3 days for this to get fixed and they refused even a partial refund. The outside trash cans were overflowing with the same trash that was there upon check in when I checked out 5 days later. The room was cleaned the first day I checked in and never touched the rest of my stay.

Cheapest stay for my weekend on a budget. Was assigned a double room instead of the king I reserved. Room was dirty: walls were inconsistent color or stained in living and bathroom, table had sticky residue, dim lighting compared to the spotlights right outside the room. There’s limited parking and if you don’t park early in the evening it might be hard to find a spot. Not a great property compared to even other Motel 6s in the area I’ve stayed at. Staff, however was courteous and helpful.

Worst motel 6 I've ever stayed it. Desperately needs some renos that are done properly. Shower fixtures are coming off the wall and lots of mould around the tub. Mattress was mouldy. Adding a few protective layers is ok but still gross.
I'd stay elsewhere in the future.

This place was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. Leaky faucets, noisy appliances, drug dealers. Every night the cops were arresting someone different. The worst stay ever!

The room was incredibly dirty. There were cockroaches in the walls, the towels had stains, the pipeline were showing, dustpiles, etc.

Motel was not as pictured. Dirty walls and tub is not cute. Whole motel needs upgrade like some other locations have done. Overpriced for what it is. Staff is nice but would never stay there again!

Poorly lighted room. No place to setup computer and have adequate light. Comfortable bed. Location is a few steps away from a very good Denny’s.

Leaking A.C water in the room, didnt get fixed.
Walking barefoot on the ground made our feet black, gross.
The shower had barely warm water.
There was a rat digging in the wall throwing dry wall dust on the ground near my bed.
NO wifi access since we were far from main office.

The door to the restroom was splitting in half, the walls looked like someone threw dirt all over them, and the shower had no hot water at any moment through my entire stay.
