This is the second time we book at this hotel and we love it. its not a 4 star hotel but its clean and has everything we need.... the staff is awesome and very friendly.... and the price is very reasonable.. thank you so much

The smell of the room made my head hurt so badly. The room had tiny baby roaches. No deposit had to be paid through. I guess this was more of a motel for druggies. I don’t recommend for business.

I enjoyed our family stay because it was in an area where there were a lot of restaurant options. The only thing that I didn't like was that there were no cribs available.

I don’t recommend anyone to stay here. Roaches in all rooms.

I had to kill a few bugs as soon as I stepped in. Then I woke up with multiple bites resembling bug bites. I chose to leave and they still charged me for the night I stayed there as well as the night I didn't stay. I removed the sheets to look for evidence of bed bugs and exposed a very filthy mattress. There was also loud music and shouting in the middle of the night that I stayed there. The person at the front desk was kind but unfortunately unhelpful.

Was very close to our destinations, but AC didn’t work, roaches were roaming around our room, the safety lock didn’t work and even I called maintenance and they didn’t try to fix it till the following day, when they showed up it was when my friends and I were getting dressed and ready to leave so we asked them to come back and never did. The key cards didn’t work either we had to keep switching to one that was the only one that worked. But staff was nice at least 😅

Stayed here for 4 days in October for Formula 1 Race. Checked in to the room around 1030 pm and by 11 PM we had killed 10 roaches and there were more making an appearance. Went up to desk and they switched us to new room in another building. First night we did not see any bugs but the roaches appeared again before our last night. The rooms had a lot of dust and dirt along the walls as well as a few dead bugs. Just wasn't what we expected even for a Studio 6. Because it was Formula 1 weekend the room was 250/night including taxes. Alot of money for cockroaches.

Due to a delay on my apartment, I am currently at this Studio 6 Extended stay Midtown.
I am so grateful and thankful to the wonderful staff, especially Robert, who was the clerk of my checkin, and the rest of the staff, I appreciate the speedy service when I needed something without hesitation. Clean friendly and most of all my fur baby loves the doggie park. It is so nice and quite, I am so thankful and grateful for the staff who is making my stay more comfortable.

Found motel dead cockroaches in my room.

They didn’t clean my room one time. They ran out of towels and wash clothes.

AC worked great! Wi fi was slowwwww. Broken glass and trash everywhere in this neighborhood. Restaurants nearby looked nice. Friendly staff interactions.
