Disgusting and when I requested a refund for the roaches they got upset with me

We had tons of roaches in our room. There we even some in the bed while we were sleeping!!!!

Staff, the receptionist was rude, not aware of consumer rights or what is advertised on the website. Asked for a room on the ground floor, on the website in initial booking and also at check in, was told yes that was available and was then given a room on the 2nd floor. Towels were dirty, and some well worn Bathroom old tap leaked that much that the shower only had 20% pressure, they did fix it on second day when we left I was in need to use the toilet when we arrived after an 8hr drive and was told the toilet in front office did I not work, no sign but had barriers up in other areas, felt like I was not a client just trying too use the toilet. I had to go to fuel station down the road. We should have left then but had booked on line and could not afford loosing our money. My wife was asked to leave her Id (passport) to be able to use a hair dryer which should come with the room. There was no facilities to make a cup of tea in the room nor in the lobby.

Location was excellent. Hotel was clean and like all the usb plugins to be able to charge entire familys phone without fighting for plugin.

Too much lighting at bedtime. i can’t sleep with the slightest of light and there was a night light that can not be turned off.

Worst experience with a hotel ever.

they were incredibly rude. the place was filthy. they also placed my luggage outside when they said they’d allow me to leave it there prior to my checkin.

Nice staff... great hotel...and I'm going to stay there again.... very happy.

... pool will be open in a few weeks... under construction for now... I didn't mind.... I will be back.

Nice room. Horrible receptionist.

The room was very nicely updated.

The receptionist had the personality of a rock. Not so much as a hello. She was rude and disrespectful to the prior guest. We almost walked on this alone. We felt like we were inconveniencing her being there. Hire a friendly receptionist STAT! The room was very nice, but the chair needs to be replaced desperately. It was so soiled that I refused to even sit on or put clothes on it. The towels were not fully dry when we took our showers before bed.

Decent hotel but not the greatest service

We liked the pool and the bed was comfortable.

We didn't like the service we got from the lady at the front desk. She was very rude to me. I actually wanted to stay another couple days until I was rudely talked to by the lady on the night shift.

Passable

Was visiting UT for my daughter and the hotel wasn't far from there.

No blankets on the bed. Had to call to get them. Also instead of them bringing them to us we had to go get them from them. Covers seemed still dingy and dirty also the blankets had several cigarette holes in both of them. Lastly the room had a not fresh smell to it.
