Just newly renovated so all new but still work in progress with noise. Management had lots of signs around informing this with apologies.

The initial pull up was appealing despite rough weather; the front desk clerks were amazing ! The room was clean and inviting. Had a great stay I’ll be back next time I’m in the area!

My 1st room had hair on the sink and poop splatters in the toilet…I complained and 2 nd room hand dirty underwear on the floor by the chair… The front desk clerk called management…. He picked up the dirty underwear…We checked out and never stayed there…. Never got a refund….I took pictures …Would never recommend this place…. Was disappointed and very disgusted

This was a great spot to land for just an overnight stay, The breakfast was good, the staff friendly, and the bed/pillows very comfortable. The rating of four for cleanliness was the tile grout in the bath/shower had some mold in the corners. Not a lot, but it should be removed.

There was no fan in the bathroom which caused the paint to peel and mold to grow on the bathtub tile. At 08:00 it sounded like there was a football game in the hallway outside are door, load banging and yelling. Also there was a dog barking all morning! It wasn’t a service dog because service dogs don’t bark during football games in the hallway. The dog turned out to be a Yorkier or something small like that. No service markings at all.
Breakfast was from 07:00 -10:00. No coffee, next to no food and the hostesses were hiding in the kitchen 09:00-09:30.
When food came out people just loaded up plates and left the building!!! Takeout I guess.
The only good thing was they had Activia yogurt at breakfast. I’ve never had that brand before but it was outstanding!!!
I’ve stayed La Quinta hotels before, that’s why I chose this one and liked them for the most part. I think I’ll just spend the money and upgrade to a better hotel chain.

They put me next to the ice machine. I asked to be moved they moved me 2 doors down and I could still hear it.
The carpet had just been cleaned, I couldn't walk on the floor without my feet getting soaked.
THEN after a terrible night of listening to the ice machine...the alarm went off at 5am...

Enjoyed our stay, We just didnt know about no housekeeping while we were there. Extra coffee for the room and towels left outside the door would be helpful

Dirty tubs, hair still stuck to the sides, refridgerator freezer was fully iced over, no smoke alarm was pulled out of wall with wires hanging, was told the rate was 69 dollars when I got there was 110 and he couldnt give me the rate as i walked in, traied called for several days no answer and when I walked in he was on his personal phone and phone was ringing 5-6 times and he muted it, was only in town for a funeral stayed 2 nights and left and slept on a relatives floor was much better !!! Would never stay at this place again of another LAquinta, had better conditions when I was stationed overseas !!!

No complaints about the room. Size was good. Breakfast had the usuals but could be inproved. Sufficient toiletries but felt that the washroom could do with some updating as my room had tearing wall paper, ceiling cracked and the shower water pressure was not sufficient for a good shower.

There is black mold in the shower. Pretty bad. That needs to be taken care of. Disappointed that you don't have daily clean and refresh.

I like that it had a back area where I could walk my dog, but the back door of this hotel was open and anyone could walk in at any time. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, mold on the tub and on the bed by the window had some sort of smear brown stuff. Luckily, I noticed that on my last day.It looks like a nice place online but when you get there it’s a whole different thing. The place needs a deep clean. They had spoiled milk for the guests to use beyond me how you can’t read an expiration date if I could get a refund I would will not stay there again😞

There was no heat in my room, which was probably about 68 degrees F. When I called the front desk (repeatedly) for help, no one picked up. I guess the units are disabled at this time of year, but I like it a little bit warmer.
But what if I were having a heart attack? The staff were practically invisible. I have been at campgrounds where there was more attention paid to my needs.
On the other hand, the place is clean and the beds are firm.

Great place to stay overnight to break up a long trip. Easy check in and check out process, good amenities, everything was in good condition and nice and clean, no noise, friendly staff, and nice quick breakfast in the morning. We left rested and refreshed and ready for the other stretch of our trip. We would definitely stay again.

Location, comfort, overall cleanliness and cost were great. My only housekeeping areas that needed attention were: floor under the breakfast table should have been vacuumed and the grout in the bathroom along the bottom edge should be replaced.

Our room was clean & comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly. There were several restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy. The lobby, elevator & hallway were in need of vacuuming. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt, etc.. Utensils needed refilled & the woman at the front desk seemed aggravated when I told her they needed replenished. Overall, not a bad experience. Would likely stay here again.

Staff not overly friendly. Room had a dirty plastic fork on shelf under bathroom sink. Shower was not clean and had mold/mildew. I took a picture to show at checkout. I showed the gentleman and he told me to show the woman who was standing there who was housekeeping. I showed her and her response was, “I am not here during the week.” And then she had nothing else to say. Will not stay there again as we do travel there often.

The shower needs updating. Marijuana smoking down stairwell and outside it. Windows not opening - not good. Heater didn’t work well. No dog poop bags, and not much grass to walk dog on. No coffee at breakfast and one customer hogged the only waffle maker for 30 minutes.

Everything was very nice except the shower had no place to set soap and no hook for a towel. Breakfast was ok but items ran out in the first hour and the staff was slow to replenish.

The area around the hotel has good eating options. The check in person was busy speaking to his girlfriend to check us in. The condition of the room can be better. The bathroom has paint peeling off the walls and stained tiles in the bathtub.
