Staff was excellent. Had to ask for towels each night we visited the pool & hot tub room. Unclear why that wasn’t planned better given it was ski season and everyone heads there at the end of the day.
The breakfast area, which may / may not be included with your room was very poorly staffed and the food was disappointing

Very helpful staff, room was clean, parking on premises was without issue. A very nice stay for 3 days! Highly recommend this Holiday Inn!
