It’s nice and too convenient

I came in for a work event, and stayed to visit family in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good, and the area had plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Hotel is in a very convenient location, good restaurants nearby and friendly staff. The only complaint is the housekeeping could have been more thorough in their cleaning.

The heat was not working in either rooms extremely cold

First visit to this property. We will be returning in the future as we are frequent visitors to the area to see family. The room was pleasant and clean. Two minor complaints: 1. The TV was a little difficult to get from the guide channel to the station desired. 2. The bathroom fan was very noisy. As stated these were very minor issures.

When I walked in the door, one of the cleaning stuff looked up from across the lobby and smiled and greeted me. That told me a lot, and I expected that this would be a great place to stay for the weekend. I was not disappointed. A+ for all the staff that I encountered, and for the hotel itself. Front desk staff was as friendly, professional and efficient. Check in with super easy. Beds were comfy, room was clean, everything worked. Shower water pressure was great, and hot water emerged almost immediately. Breakfast went until 10:00 a.m., which is a bonus for me with my morning schedule. I always appreciate a larger window with a little bit later and time. There were limited protein options --on the eggs and yogurt as far as I could see. But they had the usual bread products, a waffle maker, little yogurts, cereal. My only disappointment was there was no oatmeal. But for me there was plenty to choose from. I didn't try the eggs, but my roommate said they were good. The woman who staffed the breakfast area was out there frequently checking on things. Coffee was available 24 hours, which my roommate appreciated. The hotel is situated very close to other options, including a Wendy's if you want a different breakfast, and other restaurants for other meals. Easy access to the freeway.

its ok, hotel shoukd add some fragrance throught the hotel. looks like my bed and pillow covers were not made with fresh linen. its ok for a night stay. bathroom towels were fresh and clean. bed didnt look fresh.

Staff was very friendly and attentive

Room was tidy & clean except the cieling was peeling & slightly hanging down above the entry door & there appeared to be mold on the ceiling above the tub. The beds were to springy for them to be comfortable. The staff at the front desk was very polite & friendly. What little food was available for the breakfast was good.

Old and dingy. Needs to be closed. Bed was not good. Mold in bathroom. Will not book with Expedia again as they misrepresented this place.

This hotel offered spacious rooms. It was clean. Our favorite part of our stay was the wide array of delicious breakfast options.

Excellent stay , little old property but at convenient location

It was in an area close to the person we were visiting. Both the outside and inside of the property were poorly maintained. Property has not been vacuumed or cleaned regularly. The bathtub has not been cleaned in some time. I was charged too much for the room which was poorly kept. The breakfast was awful. I would never again stay at a comfort inn, if these are their standards.

Horrendous experience because we had to move to three differnt rooms due to one issue after the other. Front desk lady said manager would be in touch with us but they never called. Would definitely not recommend.

Very convenient, but huge number of 18 wheelers left idling outside all night and difficult to squeeze past all the trucks to get to the parking and hotel main entrance.

Bed was a bit too soft, and my back hurt after 1 night. Toilet seat was also broken.

The room was very roomy and clean. The one negative was there was no comfortable chair to sit in and watch TV. I think the room was big enough to accommodate one.

Good place for getaway.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We expected it to be crazy and loud due to being booked up as a result of the ice storm causing power outages but it was not.
