Stayed the night prior to boarding our cruise. The lobby area clean and seem updated, but once you get on the elevator to your floor that’s when things changed. Our room was The 4th Floor and as soon as the elevator doors opened there was a n overwhelming smell of mildew and inside our room there were holes in the wall, outdated furniture and the bed was so uncomfortable.

I specifically booked a room with 2 beds and a pull out sofa bed. That was not provided. The front desk employee that has the night shift (Indian male) does not know anything about the room configurations. He was not helpful at all The front desk employee (female) was asleep at a desk in the back room. No one was manning the front desk.

This hotel is a DUMP. When you walk in, there is an a very unpleasant smell. They are trying to mask the smell of mildew and using an awful air freshener. The hotel smells horrible, the smell of mold. The rooms smell, bed uncomfortable, and the bathroom has mold and falling apart. The night manager turns the volume off of the phone so no one can call to ask a questions. This place is terrible

Our stay was decent. Hotel seems to be an old property, corridor to our room had a strong smell . Other thing which we weren’t satisfied was the key card had to be reset every time we used to exit the room .only silver lining is proximity to Miami I to and Dolphin Mall.

It was a fine stay. Room was big. Staff was friendly. Area was clean and safe. Only downside… Bed needs to be updated. Slept in a king size bed and I felt like I was sleeping in a hole. Mattress needs to be flipped if anything.

I liked their breakfast. They had a decent variety of food selection. However, our bathroom tub is not in good shape. Also, the signal for the tv cable was glitching that we had to to turn the tv on and off for multiple times.

Smelled like pure mold and moisture. Place wasn’t clean. Phone didn’t work. Dogs had a hole. Walls dirty and patch in a horrible way. They don’t do housekeeping unless you ask for it due to Covid in 2024! Would not recommend. Hotel is very old.

This is the worst place I ever stayed. The bathroom is dirty top is messy and rust. The staff at this facility don’t even speak English so you can’t even get assist when you’re needed. I saw one of the housekeeping lady use the same jet brush to clean the toilet seat, I wouldn’t advise anybody to stay at this place the chairs in the room have more mass on it I even called copper office to complain and nobody did anything

I had a great stay. Rooms are a bit dated but clean; breakfast is more or less how you would expect, there is additional parking in the back (the front filled up quickly in the evening during my stay). Dolphin mall is less than 10 mins by car which was convenient. There is only one elevator serving all floors so there can be a short wait. I was traveling for business and it was great for my needs.

We found garbage in our room that was leftover from the previous stay or housekeeping, the bathroom floor was cracked and dirty, the tub was in poor condition, and our TV didn’t work. The pool was too cold to use.

Convenient location. If you miss the complementary breakfast you have the option literally on the corner of a place. called Panna with very good options. Unfortunately, the room they assigned us did not have blackout curtains on the window, just a very thin blind that made us wake up both days at 7am.

I have stayed in other Best Western properties in Miami and this one is my new favorite. Why? Because it has many amenities that the other best western need such as a delightful free breakfast, quiet area, not as much traffic, and free parking. The inside of the rooms also were better quality compared to other ones. Will be returning in the future!

The bed was comfortable and the location was great, however, the rooms need updated. Our first room had no ac, moved to a room that didn’t have a sofa bed, which we had requested, the third room had drywall issues around the ac unit, screws pulled out of the wall for the blinds, and the sofa bed mattress was thin and the bed squeaked. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall due to the screws falling out of the wall. The pool was unheated and there were only 4 lounge chairs, that were bolted down and couldn’t be moved toward the sun. Definitely not worth what we paid.
