This was a weird hotel. The decor is "modern", but the lobby looks like it was designed by a 5th-grade class. It offers free valet parking, but that's the ONLY way to park your car without getting towed. The lobby is beneath the pool... which is on the other side of the parking lot from the rooms. Windows facing the middle look directly into the drab side of the other building. The only ice machine is by the pool area in the building apart from the rooms. There are multiple doors through which one must haul luggage to reach the room, but none were locked, so they seemed rather superfluous. The only open doors lead into the parking lot that no guest can use due to the aforementioned valet parking.

We stayed two nights in Nuvo Suites. Room was quite large with two separated sections - kitchen with livingroom and bedroom. Outside door was little loose and noices came through quite easily. Luckily during the night you can close the bedroom door which helped a lot. Fast free wifi and easy valet parking available during hotel stay. Overall experience was good.

First room had a roach they did give us a new room but the toilet was messed up breakfast was nasty valet was nice every time we got our car, they offered early check in on site so when texted them about it they told me no rooms available my flight was early I got there at 2:30 asking if we could check in early so we didn’t have to sit in the car man I was rude told me no we can’t check in until 4pm if it wasn’t already paid in full I would have booked somewhere else I would never book this hotel again

We got in late and were tired. The staff was so kind, helpful, and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking only hit is included in your stay. A nice surprise was breakfast included too! They have a pool and gym as well but we did not use these.

The stay was fine. It’s just an average 3 star hotel. The purpose of the visit was just a 1 night stay so we can leave for our cruise the following day. The next morning we checked out and asked the front desk for a taxi to get to the cruise port. A regular yellow taxi came and he called off the taxi and told me that the hotel has a specific taxi that they normally deal with. I didn’t think anything of it as they were speaking in Spanish and I couldn’t understand a word they were saying. Anyhow another taxi came but it was different. It wasn’t the typical yellow taxis that they have in Miami, it was a regular suv but they had a taxi meter inside. The ride to the port was 30 mins. When we got to the cruise port we were charged an excessive amount for the ride. It was $90. A regular taxi would have been half the price. In all my years of travelling I have never been to a hotel that purposely worked with others to scam their guests. I couldn’t believe that a hotel would do this to their guests! I definitely would not be staying here again!

Musty room. No outlets could hold plugs. A/c didn’t work. Unless you get the room For free stay anyplace else. Requested assistance and no one came.

Our stay here was satisfactory. Breakfast was decent with enough options to select from. It was within walking distance of 2 malls and there is a Japanese restaurant on the compound. Our room had washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave and save. housekeeping came every day.

Firstly I tried to check in sooner and I asked if it was ok to come an hour early. They said they would call me back and never did. We left a book in the room and contacted them… they never called back…. Called again the next day and they said to call them back if they found the book and once again I had to call them. They said it wasn’t there and it wasn’t their fault. Staff were really nice but service was substandard at best.

The rooms are amazing! It’s like a mini apartment, with all you need. It’s clean, staff was friendly. Great location if you want to be close but not too close to the airport. I will be back!

During my "hotel hell" issue with Nuvo...when someone "drop the ball" and do the "blame game dance" Nuvo throw Travelocity under the bus, stuff and management to seem like u guys "Fall Off"

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. It was good I must say. Only issue was the WiFi connection in the room was not connecting properly but it wasn’t such a big deal. Breakfast was mid nothing to shout about.

When you book rooms on Expedia and other sites rather than through the hotel directly, you get placed in all the left over, undesirable rooms up on the 7th floor and above with no view. Horrible experience
