Great stay for a motel at this price point within walking (a few blocks, so easy for a young family) distance to Downtown. Breakfast is simple granola bars and pastry items, so we did grab breakfast sandwiches in town. Coffee and bottled water all day is a nice touch though. They also have a bottle filler in the lobby. Snack items like nuts, granola bars and crackers were also available all day. Room was clean and enough space for a family of 4. We were in the side building which was extra quiet and great for us. Anyone with mobility issues would want to request the main building to easily access the lobby. Overall a great home base to explore Bar Harbor and Acadia.

Great stay for a reasonable price. Helpful desk staff and a clean room. It's a short drive or longer walk to many shops and restaurants. Close to Hulls Cove Park entrance.
