Need taller toilet seats for seniors. Also could have used an easy chair.

A balcony would have been good, but the room was clean and spacious and the staff really friendly. Not very far from Mystic and Rhode Island. If you go to Rhode Island make sure you pre-order your uber. Learnt it the hard way. Mystic is a lovely little town. Sift is a popular eatery so make sure you book in advance.

Overall great stay. Very pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. Our only recommendation would be more choices for the breakfast.

I stayed there several years ago and found it in horrible condition-definitely not “Quality.” Saw in recent reviews that it was newly renovated so decided to give it another try. They did a WONDERFUL job. Halls and room were newly done with lobby in the process of being completed. Staff was friendly, it was quiet but still near everything and price was right. Will stay there again

I was very disappointed in this stay. First the free breakfast was supposed to be a buffet. However that area was being remolded and this info was not listed on the website. In it's place you had to ask for a to go back, so that's good right? Wrong! The bag for 4 people didn't contain 4 of each item or drinks and instead of bagels we got 4 pieces of dry bread with no place to toast them. The person at the desk also didn't inform another guest there was a bagged breakfast, he found out when I asked for an additional muffin. Second we asked for a room with a pull out sofa and were told none were available but the parking lot was pretty empty. There were not enough towels for 4 people. There was mold in the newly remodeled bathroom. And they advertised a pool which was closed. The ice machine was broken and the vending machines didn't work. This room and hotel was not worth $224 a night. For the most part it was clean, except for the mold. Do yourself a favor and call first!

Our stay was sadly not enjoyable. We have stayed here before but this time we were unable to enjoy some of the updates. The walkway was ice and snow and my children were unable to walk safely into the hotel. After coming back from a nice evening we were kept away with neighbors who were EXTREMELY LOUD. Their language was offensive to my wife and children. The walls made it seem that their vulgar conversations we in the same room.
I had to call the front desk as these guests kept my children up throughout the night.
Upon waking up and walking to the bathroom I stepped on what I thought was dirt but turned out to be ants. They were coming from the wall and across the floor.
I told the gentleman at the desk when we checked out and his words were “ok. Thank you”. I am not sure if he understood the poor experience we had during our stay.

The one thing I didn't like is WiFi was available, but only on a non secure public forum and no Internet was available. I could access WiFi on my phone but did not have any access on my laptop. Free breakfast had limited, but adequate choices. The rest of the facility appeared clean. I didn't utilize the excersize room and the pool is closed for the season.

Check in was fast and easy. Very friendly front desk staff. No problem with requests. Very accommodating.

The toilet was not attached to the floor so it wobbled and made awful noises. Areas were a mess from obvious upgrading- husband saw a cockroach scurry under the tv stand just before we were leaving

There were wood chips under the fitted sheet, the room keys wouldn’t work every time we came back to the room and had to go get them re done. Just not a great hotel but for the price I paid I guess you get what you pay for.

They are remodeling the hotel and the changes are very nice. Rates are usually a reasonable and they are close to the casinos. They are also pet friendly which I appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful and the free coffee 24/7 is also nice. I did get locked out of my room (key card no longer worked) when I was loading my car to leave (had to make two trips and found myself locked out after the first trip). Key cards should work until check out time and it was only like 10:15. Also the vending machine they have does not work and there are not any options to get snacks or something to drink (you should bring your own food). Those two things would be my only minor complaints, but I would stay here again.

This place was very uncomfortable to stay at during my 4 day stay. They are currently doing construction on the other 2 floors so there’s a lot of construction workers hanging around and making noise early in the morning. There was a guest who had two dogs and the dogs barked all night. There is also guest who actually live there so they kinda roam the halls which also is a safety hazard for young women who stay here.

We were in the area for a concert at Foxwoods, which was not far from Quality Inn. We were very happy with the room and the hotel. One small issue that arose, that was not the hotel's fault, was that there was a sick coughing child in an adjoining room. We didn't sleep well as a result. But, we won't hesitate to visit this hotel again.

We stayed here last year for a cheer competition in the area, and had a bad experience with the rooms old, dated, smelled like cigarette smoke. I didn't realize when I booked again this year I booked the same hotel-had I realized I never would have stayed here again. Upon check in I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was remodeled. The rooms were much nicer. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent for a quick grab and go. I would recommend for a few night stay. Clean, easy on and off the highway, close to mysic village, and foxwoods.

We unfortunately found ourselves across from two families with no regard for anyone but themselves. Both rooms traveling together let the doors slam, talked loud in the hall moving in and out of their rooms and made little change when we spoke. It is difficult to ensure guests are courteous and the hotel can only do so much with guests such as these families.

The hotel is in a very good place for visiting Mystic. The staff and hotel was very nice and clean. The beds were very hard and the walls thin.

They just renovated and the property looks great. Clean and we stay often when we goto Mohegan sun. The king matress was harder than I would have liked and cpuld just start to feel the springs, the continental breakfast was a little scarce but I will continue to stay there. Smells clean, was clean, felt safe. Excellent quality for the price!

When we arrived, the property was very well maintained on the outside. The front desk clerk was extremely courteous, professional, and accommodating. The lobby, the hallways, and especially our room was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Storm drains were hidden by leaves & pet fell into grate up to his chest..!! Minor abrasions on front legs.
General area around parking lot cluttered with old chairs, pallets & junk.
Main hall ice machine not working.

This was a last minute one night stay. 15 mins to Foxwoods which was convenient for our plans. It seemed okay until I went to lay down and there was hair on the bed sheets. They smelled clean so maybe from the dryer but it should be checked before placement. Breakfast was okay. A couple different choices. One of the half and half’s were expired. Overall stay was okay for one night. Staff is nice.
