A nice place to stay

Close to restaurants Close to Mystic Marine Museum Clean Bright Breakfast included (bagels, coffee, juice, yogurt)

Our room had a connecting door to the room beside us and we could hear the TV and voices of the people next to us.

Nice hotel for the low cost.

The room layout was good. The hotel staff were courteous and the facility was clean. The TV was nice and large with good programming available.

The breakfast was very basic - only bagels. It could have used a few more options. The window seemed to be leaking air and it was windy that night.

I didn’t like the fact that there were nats flying around in room and bugs smashed on wall and dead in tub. I couldn’t sleep because of the AC not working

Clean and comfortable with delicious bagels

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. 24hr beverage station and breakfast bagels. Plenty of parking and near to several tourist areas including Mystic Sea Port Museum.

Room was a long way from the lift and beverage/breakfast area, which could be a problem for some. Breakfast items inconsistently stocked, but when available, they were good.

It served it's purpose but paid too much for the room.

Eh. Too basic. Oatmeal would have been nice. Coffee was good and super hot!

The bathroom was extra tiny. And the light was 3 feet away from the door.

It was a bagel bar NOT breakfast as advertised. The only juice option was orange.

You get what you pay for

Beds were very comfortable

Small bathroom. Staff was a rude. we had a dog and had a room on the first floor. Well we could hear everything. Children running the halls all night, people walking above us, people music outside. Let’s just say we didn’t sleep much since the walls are paper thin. If your a light sleeper, do not come here!

The room was adequate and clean. The only complaint is the noise level, we were near the elevator and the noise was on the high side for us. We enjoyed the stay besides this.

No gluten-free options are offered for the breakfast. The only option was yogurt, maybe add some oatmeal as a healthy and gluten-free alternative?

We lost hot water for 24 hours and it made us cancel our plans and was very disappointing. It was a long distance to elevator.

The breakfast was very nice. The room where the breakfast was located was very clean and organized.

My husband did not like the mattress and found it uncomfortable. I had no problem with the mattress.

One of the best hotel stays at a great place!

Love this hotel. Friendly staff, especially the manager Josh who was so nice and helpful! Clean rooms and comfortable beds! Breakfast was great and the hotel was very affordable! Can’t wait to go back on our next visit to the Groton Mystic area! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

A disappointment for this fine chain of hotels. Rethink this scaled down hotel.

Thé room was next door to the recreation room. We heard people all night. Very noisy. No coffee maker or microwave. It was impossible to find the hotel entrance or park it was barracked off.

Great for a quick trip, close to everywhere we went

New, clean and easy to get too. The breakfast was coffee, orange juice, bagels and yogurt, it was good.

The bathroom was really really small and we didn’t have maid service any day.

Location by I-95, Mystic seaport, Clyde’s cider mill.

Older, making repairs. Room didn’t have many outlets. 2 women in parking lot were screaming at each other.

The stay was good. I would definitely go back.

The cost and location were the best part. Check in was easy and staff was happy to answer any questions.

Operating the temperature in the room was a little confusing. The bathroom was really small.

The front desk staff were very helpful

we were misled by the information on booking.com. per booking.com the hotel had been remodeled. when we pulled up the hotel looked like it was abandoned (holes in screens and screens hanging off the window). there was a sign in the lobby asking that we please excuse their dust due to remodeling and there were brochure's on the counter saying that the location was newly remodeled. the bathroom sink faucet was broken and there were burn/stain marks on the countertop, sofa in the room was torn, holes in curtain and screens. Windows were so dirty you could hardly see out the window. only the heating unit and the rugs looked like it was replaced. we were reimbursed for half of our stay but will still be reporting this hotel to Wydham Hotels.

We have 2 rooms 1 room so smelly and the sheets and towels have blood stains on it my daughter told him the front desk he doesn’t care and my room ok but when my wife goes brush her teeth the sink handle falls off I when to the bathroom the toilet was warbling do they even maintain the property

No elevators near rooms. Needs to be updated since I would say about 20 years ago. Room refrigerator still had food from previous occupants. Sink faucet was very difficult to control hot and cold water. Rugs had tears in them. Windows were dirty. Cigarette buts all around entrances. Wallpaper in room and hallways was peeling.
