If you're looking for a very inexpensive place for a one night stay in South DuPage county, this place fits the bill. No clock, no microwave, no refrigerator, no room coffee and very poor lighting - a true no-frills room. No breakfast, but coffee is served from 7A to 11A. However, if you just want to arrive, drop your luggage, go to sleep, get up the next morning and leave, the room was clean and the TV worked well.

Clientele were sketchy and very loud. Front desk was responsive in asking them to quiet down. Coffee was promised for the morning but was not ready. Overall, would not stay again.

Great location! Walkable to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Close to public transit and a hot spot for rideshare if you need it. Room was comfortable and clean with daily housekeeping. I just wish the rooms had a fridge and a microwave. Overall a great stay!

The ice machine wasn’t working. There was only a nightstand on one side of the bed. The bed was squeaky as you sat on the side. There was no extra roll of toilet paper. The electric went out twice for a number of minutes. There was no hot water for tea at the morning station. I had my own tea bags, and it was 8:55,but no hot water. The last several times we stayed there, none of these problems!

Small packet of shampoo available. For $5 in a vending machine. Toilet bowl cleaner brush greeted me in the hallway along with the wafting smell of marijuana.

Third stay at this location -- easy access to expressways, clean and seems safe, easy check-in/out, friendly staff. No frills, but that is adequate to my travel needs.

It would have been helpful if I was told at check in the policy was no cleaning daily - just fresh towels and emptying trash. I still had to ask for fresh towels and trash pickup every day of my stay. Everyone at the front desk was great.

I needed a cheap night so that I could visit my hometown for the holiday and I really appreciate this motel 6! under $100 which is the cheapest in Naperville and surrounding areas without getting into Chicago. This hotel was cleaner, more comfortable, and overall better than any other hotel i've stayed in for this price point. I WILL be staying here again next time I get homesick!

Room was alright no microwave or fridge. Room service everyday so thats either a plus or minus. chairs for desk are hardwood and will kill your bottom end!

The hotel staff was amazing. My room was conveniently located to the side door. Would like to have had a small mini fridge in the room. Television was not easy to find channels. Did not see a guide in the room. Should have something saying only the lower channels are available. It was okay though; I wasn't there for the television.

The rooms are clean , the parking area was clean. Damien at the front desk, was professional accommodating to the check in process, he has a great attitude. The Motel 6 Naperville has a great team. Thank you again Damien.

The heater worked very well and there was plenty of hot water, hangers, ice, places to store my belongings. A very good TV. The room I was in was close to the ice machine so it was pretty noisy. None of my belongings were stolen.

Did not like attitude of morning staff check out person. Also ice didn't work and as i tried to take a bath the water wouldn't stay in the tub.

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. The room was clean but missing some conveniences like tissues and toiletries. There are no hair dryers, not even at the front desk. The hallways really smelled like weed. The hallways are very dated and in poor condition but as clean as they can get given the circumstances. There were a few people that looked like they were strung out in the parking lot but they stayed in their spaces and didn’t bother anyone.

Over the years, money has not been put back in to this location and it shows. Broken ice machine, no toiletries, coffee maker issues. Staff faced with difficult situations to please guests with no resources.

No housekeeping came to give fresh towels each day, nor did housekeeping come to make the bed. The ice machine was not working and had to purchase 2 bags of ice each day.

Might have been more convenient if there were refrigerators & mictowaves in room. Other thsn that things were pretty good. No loud noises from outside or in hallways. Night clerk on monday was friendly & happy.

A good deal for the price in that area. Had some frustration with getting the keycard to work but other than that it was fine. The lobby does have kind of a strong perfume/air freshener scent.
