Had a place to sleep

Cheaper than most. Near multiple things to do or places to eat. Could see that the rooms being cleaned had been sheets removed. This tells me that they should be fairly clean.

Toilet plugged instantly. Hair dryer started smoking as soon as you turn it on. Front desk wasn't rude, but wasn't pleasant. First room smelled like weed in a non smoking establishment. Would not change us to King room without upcharge even though it was the same price online.

No breakfast available. Cleaniness was poor. A lot of noise (loud musing and laughs) from neighbors. No action from the management.Noise also from the adjacent roads.

The location was great. The Balcony was a plus but there was a light right over my door which drew unwanted attention and bugs when trying to enjoy a quick breeze.

The bedding was not clean which had lots of dog odor and hair on and around it which was unbearable and several outlets were not working. The tolet need to be flushed 3x at minimum to work. I was charged for a safe even after I clearly refused this option and had to wait a week for this refund alone with my deposit. The parking spaces were so small you car will definitely have dings from others doors. The airconditioning barely works you could not feel it unless you stood right over it one foot away and you did not feel a bit cold air. This made sleeping rough.

People were to loud in the middle of the night and the police were always called , issues with room card

My stay was great. I can’t complain! The staff is super friendly and they’re always willing to help you if you need them

It’s located close by restaurants.

No on site laundry room for people who came to stay for a while due to work.

We got what we paid for.

The door to the outside was convenient. The water pressure was good. There was plenty of parking.

Dirty washcloths were left in the bathroom. The room next to us was loud in the morning. There was nowhere to hang up towels besides the bathroom.

ok won’t be going back to a red roof inn

The rooms were new and updated.

The staff was rude. I had issues my booking when I arrived and they didn’t offer me any solution but to basically fix it myself. When asked to talk to managers or anyone nobody was there. I emailed management and never heard anything back. Even though the rooms were brand new the beds had fast food trash from other visitors and lots of crumbs and crap under them.

Our stay at as horrible, I needed to shower eat another hotel when we left I felt so gross!

Our room was dirty. Little rock’s on the carpet by the side of bed. Blowdryer didn’t work. Wiped a small amount of water off floor by sink and the towel was black from the dirty floor. Toilet took forever to flush. Weed was seeping through the vents, super strong in the bathroom and when trying to fall asleep. Made for a no sleep kind of night, we couldn’t get out of their fast enough!

Disappointing

We arrived at 3:15 and our room wasn't ready yet so we got a different room upgrade. And fast check-in. Also close to restaurants and shops.

We had to ask for toilet paper, shampoo, soap and an ice bucket. The bed spreads were dirty and stained. Both of the were very uncomfortable.
