Room smaller than expected and the storage was horrible. Service was good, security great, availability of snacks limited, breakfast to die for, coffee offerings other than breakfast not good.

Bed was uncomfortable. No hot water in the morning. Best front desk attendant would offer was to send me to different room. I didn’t feel like playing the pawn to figure out which rooms were affected, so I declined.

I brought my daughter this past week and the staff all around were delightful and genuine, the customer service levels were amazing, they truly delivered an amazing experience. We felt like royalty during our visit, will be back again and that complimentary breakfast is wonderful. Thank you all who take part in our stay.

Updated hotel, nice suite. But under the couch needed to be vacuumed. Booked it for the pool and hot tub. Pool was ok but hot tub and steam room were out of order.

This place is ok. The price I found to be high for what you get. The room was very dirty, the toilet had not been cleaned, the mirror had not been cleaned and the tub and sink also had not been cleaned. The battery's were dead in the remote for tv but not a big deal there's a convince store two blocks down the road. It's extremely inconvenient comeing in and out of this place at night due to the heightened security. Have to buzz in like buzzing into a friend's condo. I would rate this place poorly for the main reason the staff said I was not allowed to walk around the hotel. I was showing my mom where I was staying, and this man kept harrassing me and following me all over the bottom floor of the hotel. I had my key in one hand and my phone in the other on a video call. Probably the strangest encounter with a staff member at a hotel I've had in a while!! Your customers are not going to be ordered to stay in their rooms. Very very wierd and disconcerting.

Went day before Christmas Eve, and buffet/restaurant was closed the next. Which is fine but was not made aware prior to stay. TV in initial room did not work but they were accommodating and switched us rooms. Hot tub was also out of service. Stayed on the executive floor with the beautiful lounge. Would recommend this hotel just not around Christmas time.

A Super Average stay with some below average parts. Room was nice, hotel was quiet, location was decent. Had to remake the bed as the mattress protector was all folded up. Last Persons Avocado's were still in the fridge. Wifi was really slow my first night not sure why. Restaurant seemed nice, but for $33 the steak frites were pretty average and the fries were cold. 3 of 4 lights burnt out in the bathroom. None of these things are big deal breakers, but this one time it was just a less than average stay.

The property was fine but they charged the full price instead of the price with Expedia. I guess there was a misunderstanding somewhere. Parking was difficult for Handicap - not enough parking slots close to the main door. We were not informed of our breakfast being in the room price or time they served. Otherwise it was fine!!

I stayed one evening on a business trip. The check went smoothly and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean and modern. Fast wifi. The bathroom was clean and had nice toiletries and a robe too. The hot breakfast buffet was wonderful. Even had desserts, fruit and hot dishes too. Checkout was easy too. The parking was straightforward. Great stay!

Although the hotel is slightly 'dated', it appears to have had some recent renovations. The rooms are very clean with modern amenities. The staff are friendly and were very accommodating when I had accidentally booked the wrong room. I especially appreciate the convenience of the hot buffet breakfast. It saves plenty of time on a busy business schedule. Great selection of food choices and the 6:00 to 10:00 time frame is perfect. I would like the kitchen to be open later than 8:45 pm, but I'm sure I'm not the norm and there are handy vending machines if you need that 'late snack'. Overall - Great value for the price!

Our stay at the hotel was an excellent experience. We booked the executive king suite with the jetted tub. The tub had great pressure, and was quite comfortable. The room was a very nice size, small kitchen, living room, separate bedroom. Nice layout. The Office We ate at The Office during our stay, and let me tell you; it was delicious. I ordered the Pan-seared Chicken, the flavours of every item on the plate were seasoned/cooked perfectly. To drink i had the peach belini, it wasn't slushed like everywhere else. It came in a fancy chamoagne (or flute) glass, and it was incredible, I'm getting it again next time. The boyfriend ordered the linguine Meatballs, he ate the whole plate. The server we had was a very pleasant woman to have around, she was very kind and attentive to our table. We have already planned our next meals there. 10/10 recommend

We enjoyed our first stay. Fondu Friday was very good, Staff was friendly and helpful. My next comment is not a reflection of the hotel, but worth to mention… we couldn’t find parking most of the time. With our cargo container on top of our truck we could not fit in the parkade… there were unhitched trailer and company trucks and vans taking double parking and everyone seemed to need to park at the doorstep.

Fairly good stay. Front desk staff, lady with short spiky hair seemed cranky everyone I saw her or interacted with her. I seemed to be a bother. No name tag. Others were good. She kind of ruins it for the ones working to give good service.
