I was less than pleased. I called to book specifically to enjoy the hot tub and swimming on a random night. Was told hot tub and pool were working. The hot tub had been out of order a while. Pool was ok. They also charged me $2 for a key I left on the tv stand by the remote. When I checked out online.

When we arrived there was no one at the desk and no sign. We waited several minutes before I finally looked and found the person sitting in the back on their phone. The hotel and room were clean which was great! The shower soap dispensers did not work tho and the breakfast food was cold. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and I feel it is slowly going downhill, which is unfortunate. It’s all in the details.

The hotel staff was nice. The pool area was not very clean. The hotel beds were clean but out bathroom was not very clean. WE stayed there because it was the only thing available.

We picked this for proximity to freeway traveling north to Duluth. That’s good for that. Seems like a safe property with good parking. It’s currently undergoing a renovation with lots of plastic hanging, so you definitely should not pick this if you’re looking for a destination property for a wedding or such. It was OK for an overnight stay. I hope they get things cleaned up quickly or cannot recommend. Breakfast is fair. Gym is very rundown and needs equipment updates and repairs.

Although it was under renovation it was a good place to stay for the night. Restaurant on site was OK but nothing outstanding. Prices were acceptable.

So, apparently there were ongoing repairs to the roof, and there was a situation that the ballroom, hallways and restaurant were under construction. Not sure I would have kept the reservation, had I known in advance that the condition was not going to be worth the expense of the room.

The property was under construction but they were friendly and very nice, gave us a discount on price, the restaurant next tonthe building had roof damage and was closed, but Red Robin was in walking distance, plus road construction all around the roads, but overall a 96

Problems with the roof and leaking the entire time we were there. No hot breakfast available due to the leaks, which was the main reason we stayed there. Rooms were dusty and dirt in the corner of the bathroom. Asked for a later checkout and was denied. Only two cars in the parking lot when I checked out. Never once was offered a discount or credit for the inconvenience with my stay, even being a Rewards member.

Property appeared old and tired, and in need of remodeling. Many chairs in the breakfast area and our room were stained. Parking lot was dark, some lights were not on. Common areas, especially the elevator, needed cleaning. Breakfast options were limited and uninspiring, but adequate. Staff were very nice and helpful. Our room itself was clean, and it met our needs.

I am extremely sensitive and allergic to mold. My room was damp and the humidity was way too high in my room. It was worse than the hallway for some reason. I was forced to leave the window open even though the air quality outside was at dangerous levels due to forest fires. I reacted both Nights and had to take so much bennadryl just to keep from going to the hospital. I really struggled in this hotel and will likely not stay at Best Western again

This is a lovely hotel with a reasonable price, but honestly, the staff is the star of the show! They went above and beyond in every interaction we had with them. We stayed three nights, and the entire experience was enjoyable. The breakfast was very good too. We will be back, thank you for a great experience.

The hotel room was clean & quite at night. There is a restaurant attached to it that was pretty good but there is also a different restaurant within walking distance. Unfortunately it's not really near anything else. However lots of parking spots, an elevator & a pool.

The entire facility was filthy. The hot tub had a large amount of debris settled on the bottom and was absolutely disgusting. There was debris in all the hallways as if they haven’t been vacuumed in weeks. The room odor was atrocious and unbearable and the window had to be open for fresh air.
