The room was nice and clean. And was comfortable enough. The downsides were the pool/Jacuzzi was out of order, which was one of the reasons I booked the place. So that was disappointing. Also, the breakfast buffet was not complementary quite expensive for very mediocre food. It should come standard at least with the room.

I made the reservation for my parents to stay here a night before driving back home after Thanksgiving. I chose this hotel for location and because they said they were pet friendly, and we needed a close place that allowed their dog too. However, when booking via expedia.com, there was no way to indicate their dog on the reservation. So my Dad was charged an unexpected fee of $75 at check in. Next time we will likely choose a different hotel which makes it less costly to bring your dog for just one night, or we will have to book directly with Hilton.com instead, to avoid unexpected charges. Otherwise, everything was decent. Thank you.

This is our second stay at this property and we love the clean, spacious rooms and quiet area. We choose this hotel because it is pet friendly and close to our child's university when we visit.

This is just like any other Hilton Garden. The only issue we had is that we spent $30 on breakfast after being told that some items would be available. But then, after paying, those items (eggs, sausage) were not available and would not become available. There were still 2 hours left of breakfast and it just felt like we were sold something that didn't exist. It was a very expensive waffle.

HOSTING A CHRISTMAS EVE PARTY WAS GREAT. HAD ONE OF THERE SUITES AND THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR RELAXING AND OPENING PRESENTS FOR 3 ADULTS 2 TEENS AND 2 KIDS.

9/10 would have been 10/10 but the walls are oddly thin for a newer looking building. I could hear next door guests like they were inside my room and they were only talking. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Bar and snacks in the lobby were great.

We had a room on the first floor with a very large window. There was no way to close the drapes so the view into our room from the outside was clear as day. The bed was very hard and the pillows were horrible. What used to be a free continental breakfast is $12.95 here. We did not participate. Do NOT get a room next to the stairs. It was VERY noisy.

This property is in the middle of a huge construction area. We had a difficult time coming and going from our room when leaving the property. Also no front desk help. There was a sign up saying they’d be back and we waited and waited. Also no cold sodas as the refrigerator was broken apparently in the main lobby, so everything was on the ice. Very disappointing for Hilton

First night was great. Second night was complicated by guests in the room above us having a party of 10-15 people. Constant jumping, banging, and loud music. Front desk was aware of it, but wasn’t resolved until police were called about 3 hours later. The hotel was pretty empty, but no offers to move our room even though the staff called us knowing we had a baby with us. Not sure I would stay here again with a small child.

The staff advised that the parking lot wasn't safe and thefts were known to occur. The room itself wasn't totally clean, towels were on the ground. Just disappointed rather than irate.

All around great experience. From beginning to end all staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had kids ball teams there that was a challenge to keep the noise level in check, but thought they handled as well as possible. Overall a great experience. Will definitely be back and refer to other family members.

Was surprised that both myself and my sister had booked for 4 people in a room with a King bed and a pull out sleeper sofa. We both had to ask for linens and pillows for those. Fridge was not working in our room. They did quickly bring us another one after I seen it next morning. Very nice staff, all very pleasant and friendly. I fell there was a handy man that should be recognized for going above and beyond. He was every where doing Everything, I kind of felt bad for him as I could tell they were understaffed

All the windows were covered with plastic due to painting but made us very claustrophobic especially being on the fourth floor. I'm all for having a sanitized room however there was so much chemical smell we all got sick. The outside of the hotel grounds were covered in cigarette butts and broken branches and weeds. Very frustrated as this is not the standard Hilton way. Very disappointing to pay $200 for a nightmare hotel that should be rated a 2 at best.

Staff was friendly, very helpful and efficient. In excellent repair, and convenient location. We needed to request our bathroom be cleaned upon arrival. There was toothpaste stuck to the counter and the base of the toilet/floor around toilet had not been cleaned at all. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls in the room. Beds were comfortable and rest of the room was clean. Staff immediately fixed the issue and we had a great stay.

The hotel staff was very helpful when I left something behind in the room after I checked out. They also accommodated our group and put our rooms close together. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. We did have problems with our heat. The temp would not go up above 65. The staff quickly found us a new room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
