First walking in the room it had a smell to it. The toilet moved side to side. While sitting on the toilet you were also pretty much sitting on the toilet paper as they had it so low on the wall. While watching tv it would turn off then come back on. When going to the guide channel it was all blank and unknown what is on each channel. Also seemed like people were living in each room next to us. Upon arrival we had a kid that gave us straight up attitude when trying to check in. Only good thing was that the bed was very comfortable but the pillows are a joke. There not even actual pillows.

Stayed in this place for 3 nights. Lots of homeless people. Fire broke out on 2nd night and on my last night the bathroom had a ceiling leak.

Pretty good overall for Orange County visitors. It is a very tired property (like so many Travelodges) but a friendly welcome and comfortable lodgings. Breakfast is included, along with a very nice pool and hot tub. I would suggest good value for families and small business travelers to this area in greater LA. Very close to the OC airport.

After voicing my concerns about my last stay ( I didn't review it) the office connected me with two great rooms connected across from the pool. Was perfect since we had 2 kids. Parking was great, the free breakfast fed everyone.

Walked in and our room looked nothing like the pictures. The carpet was black from dirt. There was a ring around the bath tub. The walls were filthy dirty. The blankets were musty. I got a rash on my face from the pillows. Smelled like smoke.

Looked at 3 rooms; one was acceptable, (bathroom had been updated; room was 8/10 clean). Others were 2/10 clean. All had AWFUL mattresses-you could feel springs; there was no support. There's poor insulation between 1st and 2nd floors too.

Biggest TV in a room where I have stayed! But the batteries were low, so I went to the front desk to get new ones since I was just around the corner from the office. The guy said he would have to use the one from his TV. I told him I used mine from a flashlight and told him he could send new ones to my room tomorrow --- since it was 8 o'clock. The batteries never came, and when I left I took my batteries . . . hopefully they won't hold my $100 deposit for that! Otherwise, the place was pretty good!

Dirty tub, water coming in from the ceiling the whole night, qnd smoke smell in the rooms. Not worth the money not worth the trouble. Save your money and time and use a motel 6 or similar even their lowest rated will outperform this place

I loved my little room and lighted mirror. Too bad you had to let someone break in and then lie you would hold the deposit. I'm a handicapped woman and things take me longer and I don't understand why you just coulcnt be honest. Thankyou though for my pretty room. S,M

Spent over $600 for 5 days Room had roaches, so we called up and we're told to spend the night in the room and be relocated in the morning after being relocated our TV didn't work I went outside to use the pool (it was cloudy) called for room service they wouldn't come so id have to again call up to the front desk

We left this place as soon as we arrived. The beds walls and floors were dirty, there were bugs crawling around, and the patchwork on the door that had looked like it had been punched through was horrid. That along with making eye contact with someone taking a drag from their cigarette next to my non smoking room really sealed the deal. Would never recommend.

I had a very bad experience with my recent stay.I am not sure from where to begin to describe. The room I got had a very bad carpet. I guess its original color might be green but now it was looking black. There was only 1 hanger in the room and I couln't hang in my additional cloths. When I asked for more, the front desk said they simply don't have them anymore and promised to get few in the morning. There was a leakage in the bathroom from upper room right on the potty and shower area hence couln't use it at all.They gave me very next room so that I can relieve myself, but it was also clogged and ended up using general rest room. The rool fridge and micro were not working. Front desk keeps on saying sorry for every inconvinenace and when I asked for manager , he was simple not availaable. I'm putting this review to let people know about my experience and try to avoid this perticular hotel. Henceforth, I would be staying away from Wyndham hotels for sure

This place isn't a 5 star hotel but for the price it was clean and the staff was helpful and courteous the breakfast was good there were a few unsavory characters nothing to worry about though. Overall it was a good place to spend the night.

The property is situated near a number of restaurants and the airport however the property itself is old and outdated. The smell is wretched, the shower heads aren't clean, the shower & bathroom pipes are rusted out, the water pressure is extremely low, the carpet is in desperate need of replacement, my room was never serviced and I had to call for a new set of towels each day.

Fraudulent advertising on Hotels.com. Photos show a good breakfast including a pancake machine, reality is a poor selection of continental breakfast and no pancake maker. Hotel offered lobby coffee and tea bags, but no hot water. Beds are horrible, sag from age. Water pressure is horrible, I have seen more water pressure from a watering can! The only reason they got 2 stars is decent staff and the rooms are set up to be updated modern. We will not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to others.

The room was suppose to be a non smoking but it reeked of smoked when you opened the door. It was musty and just had an odor you cant really place. The walls were very thin, we could hear the tv and people talking next door. The front desk person was nice but overwhelmed due to being understaffed.

Hotel was not clean at all. Room smelled like an old person home and the AC unit smelled musty when we turned it on. We found 2 roaches and small crumbs of food on the ground. Shower and toilet looked like it was falling apart. I seen gas stations bathrooms in better conditions. Only positive thing was they had a decent free breakfast

Walked into my room and TV refrigerator and many other things didn’t work. I asked the front desk about it the next morning someone came and said sorry we were working on something yesterday and turned the breaker off to your room. We didn’t know but we turned it back on and fixed it now.

We were in room 150. It should never have been rented out. The room smelled moldy. The lamp was off the wall. The plug by the sink was broken . There was a huge piece of furniture being stored in the room. The safe didn’t work. The carpets were stinky. Worst room in my life . I actually was scared at night. I was actually appalled that they even rented it out for any price. The positives: guy at checkin was nice, as all staff appeared to be, near where we needed to be.

Good location, good value for the money, decent breakfast. The room we got looked like it need of a major renovation, dated carpeting, ceiling ready to come down around the bathroom, and the smell in general not pleasant.
