I was only spending one night. The room was budget friendly. The location was part of my decision. But whatever cleaner they used, it was stinky. I opened up the window, which helped. But I wished I would have brought air freshener with me. I don't plan on staying here again.

There were flies in the room when we first entered and throughout our stay, I didn't ask for this to be dealt with because I didn't want to be smelling bug poison. Hair on the floor in the bathroom and shower/toilet room. Trash left in two of the garbage cans. Almost like it didn't get completely cleaned after last visitor. The lock didn't work on the door, only the top of the tether. Tried to move my reservation elsewhere but got denied. No phone available to call front desk. Would have to go all the way back to speak to them so we didn't as we got in later. Breakfast consisted of pastries and coffee, no fruit or anything else. The Beds were clean but one of them was missing a blanket. Will not stay here again.

One of the grossest experiences I’ve ever had. Rooms were very old, dirty, and worn, and there was profanity scratched on all of the horizontal surfaces. Linens were all stained, and very few of the outlets worked.

There was mold in the bathroom and bedroom. There was a man and a woman screaming at each other outside our door. Room floors are uneven like new flooring was laid over rocks.

the television did not work. We had to request three times during the day and evening until the manager came up and fixed it himself. He was very friendly and apologetic. We did not have enough towels but they were furnished upon request. The lamps were missing light bulbs. On the third request, the manager came up with one and replaced it. All was clean, and comfortable. Because of the windy conditions, the door rattled a lot during the night keep us awake. The advertised gym had been closed down by the health department which was upsetting to our teenage son. Breakfast was a grab and go of juice and sweet rolls.

Beds were hard as a rock and asked for queen beds and got doubles. The bath tub didnt drain and shower head was spraying to the ceiling. Tv was distorted.

DO NOT STAY!!! Mattresses soaked with urine, floor so dirty our socks became black with im 1 hour of walking into the room. Half the room did not have electricity we had to use our phone as flashlight as the lamp was on the non working side. Front desk never ever ever answered the phone not even when hotels.com called to inquire to our issues. They refused to housekeep saying we had to be “weekly clients”. This place ia filthy, dangerous and has the worst service we have ever seen

We always try to stay at LaQuinta Inn's because we have a small dog. Of all the LaQuinta Inn's we have stayed at this was by far by the worst. The 2 tiny bath towels were awful, room was dirty and hearing freeway traffic all night. We will not stay here again..

When we arrived the pictures online did not match at all! The place was really dirty and rundown, the rooms were in bad condition, and the towels looked dingy. We only stayed on night but that was enough for my family.

The bath tub was chipped apart, the bath room door had paint peeling off the rotted wood on the bottom, There were holes in the Bed spread and when I pulled it off there multiple holes in the blanket, The light above the bathroom sink was laying on the table and it had no bulbs in it so it didn't work. I believe the host worked me into upgrading my at extra cost saying they had no King rooms available but they had a double room for $ 20 more knowing I just drove 600 miles and wanted to get to sleep. and then I get that kind of room. Needles to say I will never stay at this hotel again and will be hard pressed to ever stay at a La Quinta Inn again and so when I talk to people as I travel for work weekly, I will mention this experience and will go out of my way to tell people to avoid or beware of La Quinta Inns

The check in guy was great and did his best. However, this property I would not stay at again. It is really run down. Our room wasn’t actually made up when we walked in the door. I haven’t stayed at LaQuinta for maybe a decade. However, I remember it being higher Quality than this

Worst smell of cigarettes I've ever smelled in any place I've booked. On the bright side I only saw a single cockroach, it was on the closet door. Read the description carefully because the breakfast mentioned is just packaged pastries and coffee. I still haven't gotten my $50 deposit back after checking out 3 days ago. If you can afford to pay a little more find a different budget spot.

Friendly front desk, bed bugs so badly, pet room at 3rd fl with old elevator. Messy of trash around parking lot and doggie poop on the grass.

Convenient to lots of restaurants and stores. Customer service was good. However, they room deposit was charged and not released when I checked out for some reason. The breakfast is not like other La Quinta's. Just basic coffee, juice, and packaged danish. No eggs or any type of hot breakfast. The room rate should be discounted for what they offer and don't offer.

We tried to get away from the fireworks for our pup. Wasted money as it was bomb central at midnight. Not the fault of the hotel but I specifically asked and they said no. Moldy shower and roaches were the problem. Yuck.

We booked a double bed room and we’re given a single bed so I left my husband and two kids in the room to go get it changed. I got a new room and moved us across the building but the new key wouldn’t open the door so we 4 stood on the landing for several minutes while he tried to get our door open. Room was not very clean. No phone, no outlets by the bed, no CLOCK?, no tissues. Also I think my debit card info was compromised here.

Deceiving photos on expedia. They even had the false photos on the check in tablet & we were shocked upon entering the room. Room was visibily dirty sheets had nasty black & yellow stains. Dust all over the room, bathroom was disgusting. The tub was brown & black. Towels all had weird stains. The room also had dead roaches & then the ones that were alive would creep out we slept with the lights on. The shower was leaking & created immense condensation which started to create droplets & mold. Do not stay here. Loud & noisy can hear people screaming outside.

This is a hotel right by the freeway with a Hooters next door. The staff who checked me in was polite and quick. I did not have any safety concerns in the parking lot or making my way to the room. The issue is how much it smelled of smoke everywhere, including in the room. If I had not arrived so late and had an early morning meeting the next day I would have found another place to stay.

Terrible place to stay. The room was hard to find and condition inside was bad. We were unable to open the door 'normally' and had to pushed very hard to get into the room like someone locked the door. When got into the room. We found that the swing bar door guard was not there, and stink very bad and dusty... rather pay more to get a place to sleep well
