Would certainly book again when coming to Orange County.

First impression upon driving into facility: very clean parking lot, clean, painted building, great color palate for hotel, very good, visible “OC” sign on building. Excellent service from front desk staff, upon arrival and leaving the next day. Very clean room, comfortable beds. Good selection for breakfast in the morning.

Everything was very good.

A charming and lovely place to stay!

Nemi checked us in and was so great! We loved the care given to everything: cleanliness, lovely continental breakfast; the fixtures and decor in the room and it’s bathroom, the pool, provided parking…I can’t say enough about how this exceeded our expectations. OC Hotel was a great place to stay! Thank you!

Close to the highway.

They should have liquid creamer not powder. Better breakfast in general.

A fabulous bargain over all.

Staff were very good. Helpful, welcoming & concerned that they wanted us to be comfortable. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast excellent.

The room sadly had a musty smell but was otherwise very clean & neat.

Exceptional

I have stayed here on 3 separate occasions now. Each time it has been amazing. I wouldn’t even take a chance on staying anywhere else. It’s clean, nicely renovated, has a pool and hot tub. Everywhere is kept clean. Beds are comfortable. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Everything considered this is no doubt the best price/deal around.

Fine for a night. Nothing special. Not a hotel - it's a motel.

The room was clean, the bed comfy and the shower was good.

This isn't a hotel, it's a motel. The breakfast was served on polystyrene plates with plastic cutlery and everything was plastic wrapped - there was no recycling of any of the plastics. The woman at check in was on the phone when we arrived on a personal call and just continued with it whilst checking us in and barely said a word to us. It was fine for 1 night but it pains me to have spent good money to stay in this motel.

Superb

The place was exceptional. The only issue I had was the room phones didn't work. We called to extend our stay to a late check out ('12 noon) and they called me at 11:30 to ask if I was checking out. Everything was great. Absolutely LOVED the last that checked us in. She was super nice. The place was awesome. Loved the pool. So peaceful and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is always clean and cozy. We enjoy tha cappuccino coffee machine in the coastal cafe!

It’s always very clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

We loved everything about this place!

The ladies running the hotel were so kind and made me feel very welcomed.

The staff was great! All the ladies were very kind

The price was $60-$80 higher than any other time I’ve stayed here. Gnat infestation in the drains in the shower and sink. You could tell certain things in the bed are never washed. I think all guests can do without those unsanitary bed “accessories”.

Clean and comfortable we would stay again

Clean, comfortable,friendly staff. Breakfast is a grab and go snack type very convenient for getting on your way quickly. There was hot beverage complimentary which we enjoyed in the evening after a busy day. Great value and a nice one night stay for us.
