The room was excellent, it meet all our expectations. A very nice clean spacious room. The bed, linens and towels were all good quality and comfortable. The property appears to have been recently renovated and updated and the colour schemes are fresh and vogue. The breakfast is a basic continental breakfast with reasonable choices, the coffee was decent for a machine coffee. We would absolutely stay here again. High recommendation.

Always stay here. It is a very clean boutique hotel where the service is amazing and the rooms pristine. Has a great pool and hot tub and great sun lounging area. It has a separate smoking area that is situated away from the rooms and has a covered area so you wont get wet if it should rain. It is easily accessible to all major freeways and is withinna few minutes to the beach and about a 15 minute drive to Disneyland. You are also very close to great shopping and restaurants.

Pros and Cons for sure! Hotel right if the freeway so easy to find but done a dark street. Nothing around so don’t plan to walk. Room was overall very clean. Just a small room. No frills. The beds are extremely comfortable and quiet. No squeaking or rustling from the mattress. 5 stars on the mattress. The common area and breakfast are questionable. Coffee machine and coffee was 5 stars. After that it’s just bad. All pre-package, sugary food. Very basic. Plain bagel, plain toast, and plain Cheerios. The rest was a packaged sugar fest. We like coffee and the kids to have some fruit or something but I’d pass if I were you. Overall it’s safe, close to the freeway, hot coffee and very comfortable beds. My husband said the shower was pretty amazing too.

The room and staff were fine. No street noise. Room sink water flow was minimal. Breakfast was minimal, limited juice, bagels , packaged breakfast sandwiches, no ketchup or mustard, good coffee machine.

We were so thrilled with our stay at OC hotel. Megan at the front was the sweetest and so helpful. The room was immaculate, we slept so well, and loved the hot tub too! We will be back!

Everyone is super nice and very understanding had a very late night with buisness. Completely understood and had a late check out these people are awesome and very very clean definitely the best in the area and great prices thank you oc hotel ! Will be staying again soon!

We checked in on Friday. Housekeeping came Saturday and that was the only time we had Housekeeping clean room/provide new towels etc. We checked out on Wednesday. I asked one of the girls for towels on Monday and she gave me 4 of each type. Tuesday when we were heading out for the day I stopped at reception and told the girl we hadn't had housekeeping in since Saturday. Told her our room number and she appeared to write it down. But it was too much for her to put her damn phone down while I was talking to her so she just moved it 3 inches from her ear. She had been on the phone from the time we went down for breakfast at 7 a.m. until who knows when, but definitely until we left for the day at 9 am. Spoke to a man who I think is the Manager on Wednesday morning at check-out and told him my displeasure. He asked who I spoke to and what time. He apologized for the issue, but didn't offer any type of refund or accommodation for the inconvenience. Had stayed at this same property last year over Christmas and had the same issue. So maybe it's just their thing. If they don't want to do daily housekeeping then they need to state that. I wouldn't have minded asking for fresh towels each day if I knew that was their 'thing'.

Lots of freeway noise and the room did not get totally dark, so sleep was not happening. They place looks like it was "updated somewhat recently, and it seems like the maids keep it clean, but there was o "service" to be had.

At first I didn't think much of the hotel as I drove up. BUT once I got into my room it was great. The room was a good size. The bed was extremely comfortable and had great pillows. The room was clean and very well lit. The TV had all the channels and streaming options. The shower was clean with great water pressure. The room had a iron and ironing board that was nice. Plenty of parking and very well lit. I actually come from another hotel that was charging me $39 p/night just for parking. This was way better option and just 5 minutes away from the other hotel.

Very clean facility with pool and jacuzzi. Light and decent breakfast is included. Comfortable bed and good linens. Coffee maker and fridge in room. Coffee all day in the lobby. Quiet and felt secure imduring our stay.

I would probably choose to stat here again . It was just average. Breakfast was basic their should of been refrigerated food kept cold. The towels were rough and small. I didn't like that no one was on the property when i checked out; so i never got a receipt. It was good for a ine night stay.

Place was disgusting and not unkept at all. We got approached by a sex worker when we arrived and they offered to rent the room out to us for “cheaper”. So sickening considering we were on a family trip with our child. Never ever ever going back to this place again.
