Staff welcomed us and as the room was not available ( we’d arrived early to attend an all day festival) invited us to park/leave the car there and walk over to the festival - very helpful.
Room was lovely - very clean and comfortable. Spacious, clean bathroom, fridge, etc. bathroom included all soaps, lotions in containers on the wall - nice feature.
Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but hot, fresh, replenished frequently, staff were proactive in assisting.
Parking and area directly around hotel was well kept and felt safe. Underground parking with direct access to hotel, overground parking for larger vehicles.
Hotel was 10 minute walk from OC fairgrounds - perfect for our needs. We would stay here again.
