We had a rough start, our first room didn’t have any towels and there were dirty towels in the bath tub this was fixed by giving us a different room. Our second room didn’t have a shower curtain, but that was fixed when we extended our stay. On the first night someone (I believe from the front desk) tried to enter our room because our paperwork wasn’t updated when they switched our room. I received a parking warning because there wasn’t a single available spot to park in. Even the employees were parking in fire lanes, handicap spaces and on the grass. Staff was pretty nice though.
