Location.
I returned my rental car at 12:30 pm and walked over to the hotel where I had dropped off my wife prior to returning the car. When I asked the desk clerk if we could check in she stated that early check in would be an additional $45.00 dollars. During our wait period I didn’t see an additional guest suggesting that the hotel was pretty much empty. No exactly a good way to attract return customers.

I liked that it wasn't far from where we were gonna be for the day Saturday.
It was too close to the airport (noise). It was not clean. We moved the ottoman and there was dust and hair everywhere. There was a bare wire next to the bed. There was only a wastebasket in the bathroom, none in the room itself. The bed was uncomfortable. We will not stay here again.
