My daughter and I enjoyed watching the passing boats. We were across from Sharkey's and were fortunate enough to catch live music from across the wayerway. The suite was spacious and comfortable. We would stay again.

We were lucky enough to enjoy a band at the bar across the street from our balcony. The suite was like an apartment. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of that.

They put double hold on credit card and said not but showed statement on card . Said couldn’t fix and one would drop off . Nice location . Bar across canal plays music til 9-10 pm . We enjoyed it on our porch . Good size condo style rooms . Shaded parking

It was a good place to stay. However, It is not a good idea to select this place, when a guest has physical limitations and must go upstairs to take a shower.

The cupboards in the kitchen could have been wiped down a little bit better. Our overall stay was great, with some restaurants within walking distance 😊

The little town house was perfect for our trip to key largo. Although there were maintenance workers and I did not like how during each day there was a ladder leaning against my balcony. Also the does look like they may have been broken in to a few times.

Great location and well-kept property. There is some wear and tear in the rooms, and the room cleaning was not 100% perfect, but I would stay here again. The price and location are all excellent.

I d t like to les e reviews but the place has so much potential… The cleanness was not good the sheets had hair the towels were dirty.. The walls when u went up the stairs the stairs where dirty .. I have to say that was it because like I said it has so much potential big and spacious for a fam or a couple …

This property was at a great location right on a canal and across from a restaurant which played live music at night. My friends and I were able to cook a nice meal and have drinks on the nice sized balcony.

We loved the location, we loved the layout and it was definitely clean. We had a little dilemma with the hot water. Pressure was weak and the hot water was hard to find for a shower. Front desk clerk was a gem and 2 great restaurants within walking distance. Loved the small kitchen complete with wine glasses. Def would stay again...and the warm cookies were a plus. .

Spacious, two-story suite with a nice balcony overlooking the waterway. But first night AC thermostat wasn’t working so it was way too cold. Soap and shampoo were empty. However, they were responsive and fixed both the next day. Kitchen could use a dish towel and dishwasher tablets. Bathroom showed signs of age: poor shower pressure. Bed was comfortable.

Our full stay was good but the check-in wasn't great. First, half of the property was being repainted on the outside and they put in that half. In their defense they said this was the quite side because of a noisy bar right across the canal. This was true. There was tape around windows, doors and room numbers. Made it hard to find the room. The room they assigned up was not ready. They then gave us another room. OK. The room was nice, clean and looked out over the canal. Unfortunately, we were in bed and at 10 pm someone tried to come in but stopped with they saw it was occupied. Turns out they gave our room to someone else too. They left and were given another room. At 11:30 pm there was another know on the door to apologize for this. Unfortunately, this woke us up as we have early dives the next day. Another unfortunate thing was that the door had no deadbolt or any other way of locking from the inside. Other than this, the stay was great. No complaints. It was close to restaurants and the dive shops. We saw some manatees at night and iguanas during the day. Had a good stay.

We found the extra text messages welcoming us and asking if we needed things throughout our stay was nice to have. Haven't seen this kind of communication from other properties.

First thing was the check in staff charged me $86.62 dollars more than what my Expedia paperwork showed. I asked them to explain it, but they literally could not, and would not explain it. Thanks to Expedia for getting me a refund of the overcharge. They were painting the outside of the property, and the outside walkway to the room was loose dirt and cement. This was tracked into the room, but our living room floor seemed as though it had not been swept or vacuumed before we checked in. The staff were nice, but everything about the property spoke of inefficient management, and uncleanliness. The outside of the property was cluttered with junk, and excess items. It looked very trashy for lack of a better description.

We drove from Miami to Key largo and when we arrived at the hotel they said that Expedia overbooked our hotel room and we had to cancel our plans and drove back. They told us that they didn’t have any room for us.

Hotel is undergoing renovations but rooms available for rent were exceptional. Rooms have balconies overlooking an inter coastal canal. Rooms have two levels with sleeping quarters on second level so there are stairs involved. Bathroom on each level with shower on second level. Full size refrigerator and cooking capacity. A/C was not working properly in first room but moved to another room with perfect temperature control. Out of the way a bit but we’ll worth the experience

Location is great. Construction/painting was going on in our building and we should have been put elsewhere as I booked this months ago. No equipment in the kitchen, except for 1 dirty fork. Missing one of two sliding shower doors. The entire property, which we have stayed in before seems in disrepair. Front desk staff was very pleasant. But, as a result of managements lack of concern for their facility, we will not be back.

Lovely room. Plenty of space for 2 people. 2 bathrooms, a good sized kitchen, and a nice balcony. Say by the pool and watched the boats go by in the canal.

Spacious two story suite overlooking the marina and canal. Very nicely appointed and clean. Nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony. Walk around the marina for great food right across the canal.

This hotel looks average on the outside, but what a nice surprise when we walked into our room! More like an apartment, the room had a remodeled full kitchen, Livingroom, upstairs bedroom and full bath (1/2 bathroom downstairs). It was a great and very comfortable stay!

Convenient location right off US1 in Key Largo, Fl on the water. Was a two story townhouse which I didn’t realize until we got their. I don’t do stairs well and you had stairs to get up to the unit then stairs again once inside the unit to get to the bedroom and full bathroom. I was happy that their was a nice 1/2 bath on the main living floor. Had a full kitchen even though we only used the refrigerator.

Great view of the Marina. Enjoyed live music from the restaurant/bar across the canal. Nice accommodations. The front desk assistant, Yvena, was super helpful and friendly. The outside washer and dryers were utilized.
