I have enjoyed this hotel several times in the past. It is certainly one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I was disappointed and annoyed that the hotel posting failed to mention that the building is undergoing extensive renovations. That, I can forgive. I used the public parking garage under the hotel to park my rental. This required using a machine to pay for the parking. The machine asks for a license plate number and a credit card. I followed the instructions, paid, and received a parking permit, good for 24 hours. The next morning I discovered 2 parking violations amounting to over $150.00 on my windshield, despite having a receipt. I spotted the parking attendant who issued the violations and showed him that he made a mistake. He told me it’s not his problem and I’ll have to appeal the tickets on their website. This treatment is unacceptable. He made the mistake. Why do I have to fix it?! I will not return to this hotel.

Great location on a major city transit line. Easy to get a day pass and travel to almost any destination in the city. Children 12 and under ride free! Staff were nice and called us about a bag we left behind.

We stayed there because of the location but little did we know that our room was on the 3rd floor of the quay and that a dance studio was right below our room on the second floor of the quay. Rooms are old and tired - and they charged us more for the second night than for the first night(???). I would never stay there again. Only good things about the hotel are: it is close to the seabus, walking around the waterfront area is nice and the staff at the hotel are great (they were very understanding of our situation and managed to get the noise reduced).

I booked this hotel knowing that the quay is going through a revitalization. It did not bother us at all. This hotel is I. The perfect location with transit and seabus nearby as well as many fantastic restaurants and coffee shops. We were close to hiking, which was our main reason for visiting. The room was spacious with a lovely deck with a partial ocean view. The beds were very comfortable. Some of the furniture could stand to be updated, although it did not affect our stay.

This hotel is one of my favorites in North Vancouver. The view from the rooms by the Harbour is amazing. The staff is friendly and they always make you feel welcomed. The restaurant doesn’t disappoint especially at breakfast. It’s nice that it sits above some local markets which makes it nice to do a little shopping and experience some local vendors.

Parking was expensive and our view was of a closeby sidewalk at our level, so we had to keep the drapes closed the whole time. Otherwise the stay was good and the room was comfortable.

Great location right beside Capilano University Lonsdale campus with quick access to the seabus to go across the harbour to downtown Vancouver within 20mins.

Great hotel on top of Lonsdsle Quay. Room was nicely appointed with a balcony looking to the west with the Lions Gate bridge front and centre. Nice and clean. I was surprised at the old water hog toilets (which were spotless) I chose this hotel specifically because it is at Lonsdale Quay. I used to frequent all the small restaurants and shops. Unfortunately about half the Quay shops are under construction so choices are limited. Less than a block away is the relatively new Shipyards with many amenities. There is a transit loop and the Seabus terminal within a block of the hotel do it is really easy to get around. Much cheaper to stay here than downtown and only a 15 minute Seabus ride away.

My three-night stay at the Lonsdale Quay was awesome! From the most comfortable hotel room lounger ever to the buttery soft linens, bright white piles of towels, to the friendly and professional staff, everything was relaxing. The bed was great. The room was so quiet! The colors were pleasing and the lighting options and tones were fabulous. Will I stay there again? You can bet on it!

Such a great location with easy access to sea bus. very nice bed and a variety of pillows from soft to hard which was really nice. Lot's of coffee pods and free water in the room. Super clean, and the front staff were so very courteous and helpful. With my visit, they offered $8.00 off per night at their restaurant, nice little bonus. Definitely be staying here again!

The location of the property to the water was awesome. Exploring the Shipyards area of North Vancouver was really nice. It is a very interesting place with the market surrounding you too. The staff work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. Excellent margarita at the Grill. We enjoyed our time.

Hotel was clean. Location is convenient, located beside the sea bus. Bed was hard, pillows need replacement. Bathroom could have been a little more roomy. Restaurant was great and excellent prices. On a personal note, I did NOT need to be informed of staff vaccination status, I’m not the government! Had I known ahead of time, I probably wouldn’t have supported the hotel for mandating and enforcing people to get something that’s neither safe nor effective.

This hotel is a little hard to review. The staff was great. They went out of their way to make our stay better. I cannot say enough nice things about them. The location is great. Right at the Quay, lots of good places to eat and right by the SeaBus to Vancouver proper, I like staying there. One thing you should note if going there, parking is expensive, about $30 a day. Now the hard part. The facility is showing some ware. The grout in the shower was dirty. There were small holes in the drywall in the bathroom. The sinks were slow (I thought about pulling the P traps and just fixing it for them), The rooms just need a bit of TLC. Overall it was fine. I would stay there again.

The room was terrible. Right beside the exit and the room shook each time someone went out to the elevators. All night long. The curtains didn’t close, so there was so much street light and the window latch was broken (to the roof so it felt so unsafe) and there was such a space under the door that it was so noisy. Area is cute, staff were nice, parking is expensive and very limited.

Beautiful decorated sitting area with comfortable chairs, fireplace and decorated for Christmas located in lobby area (3rd flr of the market)- would stay here again for this- read my book enjoyed the music and smells wafting up from the market. Room et al nothing special- average.
