The hospitality service was great. Have stay there a few times now and will stay there again in the future. 👍👍😊

The place needs to be renovated. Carpets were badly worn out. The Breakfast was only a Continental Breakfast with a few more options. It was very overpriced for what you got!!

I found the pool to be very cold

Room was not clean when we checked … sticky floor and garbage under the bed. Key card did not work, had to insert about 10 times before we got a green light. Old hotel, in serious need of updating.

Staff is great.

I thought everything was good! If the rooms had handheld shower heads (like waterpiks), it would have been perfect!

Poor setup

We were quite happy with our stay at Quality Inn. We enjoyed a little swim before bed. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was delicious and hit the spot. It was our children’s first stay in a hotel and they didn’t want to leave. The only downside was we had to carry all of our stuff up a flight of stairs. But besides that we would definitely stay again

I liked the hotel, the city was beautiful. It had a beautiful beach and really nice parks around the city.

First and foremost, I must highlight my grave concern about the lack of value for money during my visit. The pool, despite being advertised as a key feature of your establishment, was out of service during the entire duration of my stay, depriving me of the amenity I was looking forward to using. Additionally, the room safe was rendered unusable due to lost keys, which poses a significant security risk to guests. Moreover, I was disheartened to witness the state of disrepair and neglect throughout the property. The condition of certain areas was far from satisfactory and was a stark contrast to the advertised standards. While I appreciate your staff’s helpfulness and courtesy, it was evident that they were struggling to maintain the standards of the establishment due to the state of the building. Despite their efforts, the overall ambiance was overshadowed by the issues present. However, the most distressing part of my stay was the complete lack of running water on the day of a wedding that I was attending. The inconvenience and embarrassment caused by this situation were unimaginable. Decent room for the price, we were passing through and needed somewhere to stay the night. Might seek out other options if I'm staying in the area for any length of time.

I felt this Hotel simply lives up to its name and is a "Quality Inn". The microwave in the room and the free breakfast were very nice. Exceptionally clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the vending machine ate our money (which was refunded) and the pool being closed for a new liner install but I understand that is all about timing

I booked 2 nights at about $200 a night.(incl tax) The girl made a mistake and only booked 1 night at $136 before tax , 3rd floor 2 queen beds not the king bed I booked. No elevator. My wife and I were not impressed carrying all our luggage up the stairwell. My wife has some health issues. When we arrived back for the second night we were locked out. Had to go all the way back to the front desk and correct the registration back to Expedia and obtain new keys. Breakfast was adequate but not the quality were we used to with Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Will not stay at a Quality Inn again.

I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t get to use our room and we couldn’t cancel our reservation!

Checked in 07/21/23 and was informed pool was closed for repairs. When I booked a month prior, I was told that the pool was closed for repairs, but would be fixed by our checkin date. I explained how important a pools was for my 3 and 5 year old kids, and booked anyways. Needless to say, they were devestated when they found out that they couldn't swim when we got there. I feel I should have been either: 1 informed that pool was still not operational prior to check in so i could have made alternate arrangments to stay elsewhere with a working pool. OR 2 offered some sort of conpensation, via room rate reduction for the weekend, and perhaps even recommendations on where else we could swim i.e. local public pools, splash pads, or ymca facility, infornation that i recieved from an alternate hotel, when i called to inquire about using their pools.

Great. Enjoyed one night stay with family. Clean, quieter and comfortable 👌

Was very disappointed to find they were discounting other customers to $140 a room when we paid $250 due to booking with Expedia they wouldn’t give us a discount for no pool or hot tub in working order. Front desk was very rude, rooms and very dirty. Whole hotel for the price I paid was a very huge disappointment. Nothing works, and everything very dirty

Excellent for staying

Pool was closed, propery is very run down. Hallways smelled bad. Rooms were at least in decent condition. Expensive for the quality.

It was a great and clean room. All amenities you need in a room was there. Just one little thing that bathroom door was not getting locked.

Highly recommended, very clean. But i had to complain about someone smoking, the smell was coming through the bathroom vent. It's a non-smoking hotel, this should not have happened.

First time to stay in this hotel in Owen Sound, I’m actually impressed with cleanliness, the room was spacious. I left my jacket in the closet & I called them right away, they held it for me until I went back later in the day. Light breakfast but plenty. We would stay again.

Everything was great!

I booked this property for its location and the fact that it had and indoor swimming pool -was not available - and a restaurant on premise which was no longer open. I was also disappointed that I had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper an kleenex and the fact that my bed had a terrible smell in the one corner. Front desks reply was to ask me if the sheets where clean and they would have housekeepping check it out but they only cleaned every three days.
