Horrible, our window was broke stuck open so the room was cold. The front desk staff tried to close it wirh pliers however didnt work.We had to shove pillows in the window with curtains pulled to stop the cold draft coming into the room. They never offered us another room. The wall heater had to be on at 85 to make it bareable. The noise of the old wall unit was so loud we couldn't sleep. The furniture and bedding dirty. They had the nerve to chatge $148 a night for this room. Worst ever

Two areas of improvement I would suggest: The free Wi-Fi was poor. We ended up going to the office which was about the only place we could get a connection. Room temperature was inconsistent. It would be nice if you could set a wall thermostat instead of twiddling fan and temperature knobs.

Fantastic night we would stay again. The staff went beyond helpful a matter fact I even went and bought the lady behind the counter, some chocolates for being so helpful I would stay there again in a heartbeat.❤️❤️

Not clean at all. Pink mold in shower. Food crumbs on bathroom counter. Wrapper clogging sink drain. Sticky remotes. Overall worn and rundown. Breakfast poor to average. There is a Comfort Inn across the road that allows pets. Would try there next time I'm in Owen Sound. Plus side. Big TV. Staff were nice. Got a pet friendly room. Didn’t see anything about extra fees when I booked. Was charged $20 extra per night per dog.

Be sure to check travel stay dates when booking for any trip, Especially, with non refundable rooms. It was a real challenge with hotels.com and Property to correct issue. Hotels.com itinerary number is Way too long when inputting into cellphone keypad when trying to correct an issue(write it down, but you'd be SOL if you were without pen and paper). Travelodge Front desk was very hard to get a hold of. This property only has 3 per friendly rooms, Website does not indicate that. Otherwise, good location, comfy beds, quick grain (w/hard boiled eggs) breakfast. Lesson learned before reserving room, find property number Always call property if you have specific requests, triple check reservation dates before reserving room online.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast has an adequate amount of variety to choose from and plenty of fresh coffee. The staff are very busy but also helpful and very friendly.

The hotel was perfectly fine for its price point in all regards except: the shower in the morning was lukewarm at best. Sorry, hot showers are important!

For the price I paid the baseboards and walls of the room shouls hqve been atleast wiped down sometime in the last 10 years. Alao located at an impossibility busy intersection with transport trucks going by 24 hours a day

Heating wasn’t working. The girl working brought me a heater.She was working the evening shift,helped me. Next time I would like to move to another room.No clock radio,would be nice to have one in room.

The hotel is close to both arenas so very convenient. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was good. Hotel does need a facelift and the public washrooms we’re out of order apparently however people were using them

The hotel was a good place to sleep at night but that’s it’s. No pool or anything. You have to park at the back of the hotel and walk around up a hill at night as the back door is locked. Very Small dining room. Maybe 10 tables to attempt to sit at for breakfast.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. Our stay was Ok but not the best. We checked in late at 7.30 pm and I was happy to get the room in second floor as I requested. Tv was not working and we reported it to front desk but it was late and they fixed it the next day. Hotel is under staff one person is running taking care of multiple things and we had to wait for 20 mins to check out for someone to be at the reception. Hotel definitely would need maintenance. Woke up in the day we leaving and the ceiling was dripping water.

Compared to a 2.5 star hotel this was better than some other hotel i have stayed in. Rooms didn’t smell bad, breakfast was good too. I paid $325 total for two queen double rooms and overall was ok. Washrooms need some renovations and our bedroom was missing the extra lock (it was broken/ missing)

This property is very run down and smells of must .. staff are friendly but no uniforms .. I was concerned about security as you don’t know who is staff. There were people just outside the entrance to the lobby smoking which came into the common areas . Room had a musty smell , curtains had holes in them. Had to question really if they properly clean the bathrooms and Floors. Anyways won’t be back :/

The location was great, the room was clean and had a window which opened. However it was difficult to find a staff except at check in. The handle on the shower in the bathroom fell off when using it. Other bathroom fixtures did not seen well anchored either. Felt uncomfortable hang towels unsure if towel rack would fall off wall. There was no flexibility around the check in time of 3 pm

Rooms were super dirty and dusty. There were spiders and webs everywhere in ceiling, beds and curtains. My wife had allergies in her body in the next morning. People at customer service were not grumpy and shouldnt be at front desk of the hotel. In the morning breakfast, boiled eggs smelled bad probatmust have been really old. Totally horrible experience
