Stayed in renovated suite. Very clean and well laid out. Parking is a bit of a problem as garage is indoor and tight fit, but manageable. Service was excellent, with quick delivery of extra bedding and towels. Only very minor issues, like no mirror in Bedroom for makeup. Wish there was a hot tub in pool area. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel was nice. The staff are courteous. However, the carpets should be replaced. I ran the kitchen and bathroom fans to clear the slight must and dusty air.

Location is great!!! We had a 2 bedroom room on the 9th floor. It was incredibly outdated and run down. We were told the noice we’d hear would be from the city work. Turns out they were doing renovations on the 10th. When we told the front desk that, they paid for our parking.

Lobby is not a place to hangoout in, its small and bare. The building seems to be filled with parking garage floors. The pool is far way down a ridiculous labrinth hallway. The front door and elevator require a room key to go through, because a homeless shelter is accross the street and this keeps them out

Very unimpressed with the hotel. It has been about 10 years since we have stayed there and things have gone down hill. The restaurant was not open for the 2 days we were there. There was no sign or anything stating why it was not open. The hot tub was not in service either, very disappointing as we booked there because of hot tub and pool. The rooms are starting to get outdated, and there was no info packet or anything in the room upon check-in to let you know where ice machine vending machines hours of pool fitness centre or restaurants around. Unfortunately we will not be booking here again in the future and will stick with Brookstreet much nicer and a lot more amenities that are in service when you stay…front desk staff were very friendly that’s about the only thing they have going for them.

Conveniently located downtown, close to the mall, the market and a host of dining options. For those like us, visiting your son/daughter who’s going to school there…it was a perfect central location. Be sure to reserve the modern rooms as there is ongoing renovations of the lower floors during the week.

Room size was huge! (I was upgraded from a one bedroom to a 2 bedroom - way more than I needed for just me). It would be the perfect place for a family of group. Kitchen was a great amenity and had dishes and basics. Bathrooms on the smaller size, older building but rooms modern. Parking under construction which caused some stress but conveniently located and was able to walk. (Would have appreciated a discount on the parking given the construction, it seemed expensive). Reasonably priced, had I needed the extra space it would have been great value.

Parking lot was under renovation, difficult to get in and out and dangerous as vehicles coming in are using the same lane as vehicles going out. One has to reverse to let the other pass. Charging $28 extra for parking should have been discounted due to difficulties. Renovations going on on upper floors, was noisy on Saturday morning. If I had been aware of parking and work being done, would not have booked. Otherwise very clean hotel and friendly staff. Also ask for $250 deposit that they charge on card and then refund, was not aware when booking.

The hotel is old and worn and the area isn't much better. The hotel is being renovated now but not quickly enough to make it attractive until it's finished. No doubt the area will improve too - sometime. Wait until this takes place!

The staff were kind, the house keeping staff were very accomidating. Be aware when you arrive that you must check in first before going to parking. The parking garage fully under construction, so this makes things difficult.

Easy access to downtown. Convenience of kitchenette for meal prep. Downside: The bane of hotel guests everywhere = junior sports teams running the halls late into the night. (Not necessarily unique for this property. Just a common experience when staying in city centre hotels.
