It was clean and beds were comfortable. Room had an odor and bathroom tub was dingy/dirty looking. Bathroom door would not shut unless slammed.

There was no storm or wind and the hotel lost power for 20 mins. We were on the 5 th floor. Then we were informed of a boiler problem resulting in no hot water. On the 2nd night of our stay, the card key deactivated. Tired after a long day, we had to go back downstairs to reactivate. That’s when we were informed that there was no hot water and they were working on it.

I was disappointed with how dirty the bathroom was. It looked like the toilet had not been cleaned and there were questionable stains in the tub.

They said breakfast would be ready at 6 AM. I went in at 6:20 and there was only coffee and cereal. The other stuff was not out or ready. There was other customers looking for it. Also, I left and went to McDonald’s for breakfast.

Breakfast service was terrible, sausage cold, no hot water, Mom had a bowl of cereal which she left at our table cause no milk was forthcoming and assigned staff person only delivered attitude Dirty towel behind bathroom door at check in and hair on bathroom floor

Hotel sign is borken and disappeared. Hotel condition is poor and dirty. Breakfast is very limited with no sufficeint food. No refillment and no hot water for tea.

This was shocking. We pulled up to a building with broken windows on the ground floor. The lobby was freshly renovated but the hallway, elevator and our room were not. The room we were offered was advertised as non-smoking but clearly still smelled of old smoke. The bathroom floor was dirty and there were stains on the bedding. We didn’t stay long. The manager told us we had to call hotels.com if we wanted a refund. He then lied to hotels.com about the condition of the room we were offered. I am absolutely shocked by this whole experience.
