Finger lakes inn & suites

The room was spotless and appeared to have been remodeled recently. The exterior also appeared to have been remodeled recently. I forgot a USB/USB-C cord to charge my phone. When I inquired at the desk they said they would look to see if they had one. Several hours went by and no update. Two hours later the desk attendant knocked on my door and handed me a cord to use. He had gone out and bought it! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

For me, the bed was uncomfortable. I awoke with a sore back.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything in the room worked. Checking in/out was fast and easy.

Bad first impression with a few seedy locals hanging out to the entrance. Got the impression they wanted to sell drugs. Older hotel from a time when smoking was common in public areas so we detected a slight odor but not strong.

The room was very nice. The top of bed is way to far off the floor. Very uncomfortable to get in and out of. They don't need to be 3 feet off the floor.

The entrance was surrounded by people smoking up a storm and you had to walk thru that smelly crap. I have poor lungs and had to hold my breath to get into your building. UNSAFE. You also felt unsafe. Also no way to contact the front desk unless you used your own phone.

The price

I was told I could check in at 12, got there was told 3pm. Pillowcases had stains on them. Bathrooms were very small. Elevator on second floor did not have a down button.
