The hosts were very warm, welcoming and helpful. Immediately making us feel at ease and more like friends than guests.

The only slight inconvenience was a issue with slow water pressure in the shared bathroom sink.

We enjoyed our stay & meeting Mia, Tony & Toasty, the very sweet dog! Our room was comfortable & we slept great after a day hiking in Letchworth State Park. Our room & the whole house was decorated with beautiful period furnishings. Easy walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Delicious breakfast the next day and nice to chat with the hosts while eating.

The B&B owners are incredibly nice and a wealth of knowledge about the town and historic home. Very welcoming and attentive to their guests. Wonderful time at this lovely B&B. We will be back again next year or sooner.

Our hostess was nice and helpful. The house interior seemed period correct Victorian.

Breakfast was disappointing - a one egg mashup on pizza dough. I would have preferred normally brewed coffee over the Keurig selection offered. The neighborhood of the home was a bit rough. Off street parking was limited to 2 cars.
