Stay was good staff all very pleasant room was good. Only complaint was that there was only 1 drinks machine at breakfast and always a queue so food got cold while waiting to get a cup of tea or tea got cold when fetching my breakfast and the usual toaster that doesn’t toast properly but the breakfast was good

Decent stay at the Holiday Inn, Impington… but it was slightly ruined by a Prom Night in the hotel which we was not made aware of prior to booking (or subsequent correspondence). Tbh, it might not of been a problem, but it was, due to the hall being positioned off the hotel rooms.. allowing for the kids to run freely in and out of rooms, leave music playing etc.
Needless to say, I had words (when you have 2 children being constantly woke up you tend to!).. which was received with lip, and cockiness and even a tug of my arm from one child!
That all aside.. we would stay again. But I’d want reassurances prior to booking that no event is on in the hall, purely down to its location.

Great bank holiday weekend here! Nice hotel, decent gym and spa, bar well equipped. Lovely staff… special shout out to Silvia and Edward at the front desk! Super nice and welcoming, got some freebies as it was my birthday thanks! Overall well looked after and would definitely recommend this hotel

It is probably over 20 years since I stayed in this hotel, which I used to on a regular basis. It has so improved so much with such friendly and efficient staff The only issue was the sharp metal tray in the shower that contained the shampoo etc.
I was impressed with the selection of bar food and drinks at pretty reasonable prices
My daughter and Grandchild very much enjoyed the spa and swimming pool

We stayed for our 20th Anniversary with our teenage kids. A wonderful stay starting from offering us drinks due a small acceptable wait at reception, a really friendly and helpful check in man and a fantastic family room with really comfortable beds (2 kings and a sofa bed!) .
All the staff were lovely and friendly, the health spa facilities were excellent as well as the top quality breakfast. Well done a great. Team effort that made our short stay wonderful .Thank you.

Arrived in evening lighting around footpath poor, check in was pleasant, corridor to ward had a foul smell. Room condition feeling dated and need of refurb. Comfortable bed nevertheless. Breakfast was average had to chase up requested poached eggs.

The only thing that let our stay down was the miserable receptionist that was working when we booked in. She wouldnt make eye contact, had no smile and was generally very miserable. Otherwise all was very good.

Great value! The hotel's got a beautiful lobby and great facilities, including a pool and gym. The staff was polite and the rooms comfy and clean. Also, they offer 24-hour room service. It's great for families and, although there's nothing to do around the hotel, central Cambridge is a 15min drive away. We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel, I would totally recommend.

Had a fantastic time staff were amazing could not fault anyone they all were so helpful and pleasant. The pool was a bonus yes changing rooms could do with an upgrade but didn't spoil our enjoyment did not get chance to use the gym but will come prepared next visit. Food in Restaurant was tasty and well presented had some lovely cocktails in bar area very good. Breakfast delivered plenty of choice and staff filled up regular certainly left with full contented tummys . Plenty of car parking spaces and felt my car was safe and secure. Thank you to all the staff team you were all great.

The bedroom was nice and a good size, however the bathroom felt unclean. There were hairs in the sink and the floor was dirty. The extractor fan didn't work and when I looked at it I could see why, it was disgusting. The bath matt had also been put in upside down, which isn't an issue but does goes to show the effort put into making it look presentable.
The bar and restaurant areas were clean and presentable, if not a little chilly. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The "spa" area was nothing more than a sauna and steam room next to an average, swimming pool and the whole area including changing rooms could really use some TLC, it looked very run down.

Enjoyed our stay, great breakfast, warm confortable rooms, close to park and ride for cambridge. All good except for evening meal in bar at night. Paid £15 for a ready meal lasagne worth a fiver max. It was awful!

Always happy to stay at a Holiday Inn. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna, breakfast was lovely and the room was spacious! We were perfectly located for a day out in Cambridge.

A fabulous stay with family over the Christmas break. All the staff were amazing. Amenities in the room were basic, but all were well considered. Breakfast was impressive. We will definitely come back.

We had a great one-night stay at the hotel, which was very clean and comfortable, where the staff were helpful and friendly and the services worked really well.

The swimming pool was very nice, as well as the hotel!
The only thing in our room was that it was no extractor in the toilet, so after having showers, the humidity couldn’t go anywhere.

Friendly staff, nice bar area. Well located. Rooms sparse, if I’m paying £175 a night room only. I expect at least a biscuit in the room. Main gripe is the food portions (Very expensive for a standard hotel…(£8 for starter, &18 for a burger, £8 for deserts, £7 a pint) so you shouldn’t still be hungry after 3 courses!

A nice little place. Beds weren’t super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Property is a little tired, but nice staff.

The hotel public areas are very nice and well kept, service was good and the hotel accommodated a last minute change to our booking without any fuss. The private areas (bedrooms/en suite), was very tired and a bit grubby. Grout in the bathroom tiling was old and there was mould around the bathroom sealants etc. The rooms, if not all, but certainly the one we stayed in need a refurb.

Hotel was good for the cost. There is nothing around the hotel so you will need a car. The car park is £5 for the night. The restaurant at the hotel is pricey. Staff not very further coming with information.

Poor customer service complained and no reply !!! Vomit in the hall way , poor decoration , tv didn’t work , food under cooked . Noisy , air con broken
