This hotel was in the perfect location for my work. Hotel staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was just enough to get you going. Seems like they are doing some renovations. But my room was quite clean and comfortable. Tv worked great and bathroom was fully stocked with basic amenities.

I have only stayed in the suites at this hotel with the jetted tub. The rooms are a little outdated, but they are really big and I have never seen such a giant jetted tub in a room before in my life!! I get this suite just for the jetted tub, it’s amazing!

Surprisingly that this motel is very clean . I was trying to be barefoot and the carpet was clean , everything was nice and clean for a motel

The place was nice and quiet, beautiful lobby, accommodations acceptable and would be ok to stay again, decent economy stay. Breakfast very minimal - no protein, no yogurt, no fruit, no whole wheat, all white carbs. Styrofoam cups for coffee.

I missed the breakfast. This was a nice place, I used to install furniture in 4 and 5 star hotels so I've seen what's out there. some are better than others. This was one of the better ones. The ones that have free breakfast in the morning are usually the way to go. they tend to be taken care of more than the ones that do not have the breakfast.

Romantic getaway so reserved the room with a spa and fireplace. The fireplace didn't work, huge bummer, but the spa was great. Mattress was WAY too firm, but the owner provided additional bedding to make us more comfortable. The area was quiet, and we felt safe. We would stay here again.

The check in and out was was front desk service was good but i think 2 people instead of 1 would be much more quicker The property was well lighted and have exterior cameras is good and was very quiet during evenings hrs The room with king bed is roomy and had all extras and was nice that it had two separate sinks definitely a + Hotel is like 1 block from main road that has what you need, gas,coffee, food,ect Overall vary happy with my stay would come back and recommend to others

Overall, it was a good stay because the room was clean and smelled nice !! The TV had Dish with only shopping channels and Pay Per View channels. It was quite discouraging, i had to watch Barney Miller and Perry Mason.

The room was not ready for check in at all. We arrived at about 10pm and notified the office prior. However, the tub was so dirty, we did not feel comfortable taking a shower

We stayed here six years ago when we first moved to town and were house- l hunting; now we’re staying due to plumbing issues that need a few days to be resolved. The place is definitely not what it used to be. They used to offer a hot breakfast- that is no longer there. The pool deck has clearly been crumbling and broken for some time, letting me know there’s no intention of fixing it, so don’t let the listing of that amenity fool you- they have no pool. Also, if you’re a family, only one person gets a hot shower, after that, the hot water runs out and everyone else has to wait or go without. If you’re traveling for business, don’t rely on their “Wi-Fi” for anything other than streaming; trying to use it to send important files by critical deadlines just might get you fired or compromise your research paper. Also, found a random razor blade on the top shelf of the closet area and an *empty opiate overdose reversal medication applicator on the ground in the parking lot. Testament to who stays there. Nope nope and nope.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The exterior of the hotel looks tired and rundown but the inside were excellent and comfortable. My bed squeezed a lot and the fridge was turned off when I got there so had to turn it on myself and wait for it to cool down. Otherwise was a very good visit.

Booked a one-week stay for a colleague before going on vacation. On Friday prior to stay, my colleague's manager called Bonanza to cancel but they would not accept the cancellation unless it came from me. As I was out of coverage, I didn't find out about it until Monday. Called hotel and was told I had to cancel through Hotels.com but that she would leave a note for her manager. Called Hotels.com and was told that I would have to pay for the Monday night stay but would be refunded for the other three nights. Asked if they could try to get the Monday night refunded since we did try to cancel on Friday. While he tried to do that...he NEVER cancelled the reservation! So, second call to Hotels.com who had to call Bonanza as I did not learn that the reservation had not been cancelled until I returned to work on Thursday...and I am still awaiting a reply from either about, at minimum, three of the four nights being refunded. Not impressed with Bonanza's responsiveness or Hotels.com. But, as Bonanza has sent me plenty of requests for a review...here you go!

Kiosk check in is impersonal, but it worked. The room was tolerable but not great. TV did not work. There was a hole in the wall. Room was dusty. Did not go to breakfast, so cannot review that. It's sad $100 is considered a cheap hotel these days. Because I would say, you get what you pay for. But I hope for more cleanliness at $100 a night.
