Clean room, stocked with necessary supplies. Walking distance to park and convention center. Bed is firm, but plenty of soft pillows. Walls are a little thin.

Room was average. Beds were not comfortable.
Came back from breakfast to find the maid cleaning our room out. We had not checked out yet. It was 9 am. Checkout was 11 am.
Loved the location. Close to Garden Walk and House of Blues.

Overall the hotel and room was ok. The only thing about it it was right next to a parking structure and it was a little noisy and we found a dead bug in the bathroom

The A.C was a little outdated and made a very unpleasant noise when it came on. The bed had a very loud Squeaky sound whenever you moved and was a little firm. Other then that, which could be considered minor things. The room was very clean, and everything one could want was there. A full sized ironing board, and iron lots of towels. Less then a 5 minute walk to Graden Walk(restaurants and bars), and a 15 minute walk to Disneyland.

Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and it was quiet. The sheets weren’t very soft but everything else was good.

The stay was good. Did one night for downtown Disney. Only down side was the tv was discolored, showing orange/pink color. Other than that it was a good for 1 night stay.

I had one issue, i was bringing in a small personal seat and it was taken due to your allowing them. Sometimes if someone can not stand so long, having a personal seat comes in handy

we only stayed one night. it convivence since its close to Disneyland. Area is clean and room are comfy beds are more on the firm side but for 1- or 2-nights good location.
they need to invest in a elevator.

Honestly, while the cleanliness was definitely not the worst, it did feel pretty sketchy. Plus when checking in they added on a hundred dollar deposit that was not clearly advertised would happen.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Hotel is on a perfect location not too far from Disney or the Convention center. Rooms were very clean, no problems at all. Definitely would stay there again!

Room was clean. Basic setup. Fridge. Roomy bathroom. Beds were not comfy but everything else was good for the price.

Overall this hotel is what we were expecting. It is affordable and a 15 min walk to Disneyland. Air conditioning worked, good shower pressure and temperature. Room felt clean but we found a large bed bug. I inspected the sheets and mattresses and did not find another one but notified staff who were accommodating as they could be. Changed rooms (which made us miss rope drop) but didn’t feel good about staying another night. Had to come home and wash all our belongings on high heat and thoroughly clean everything which is an added stress.

This was a great place to stay in budget. Room was clean with a great bathroom. A shop for snacks and laundry. The pool was not heated well enough to swim but the spa was nice.

We rented a room for our son who is an adult and his daughter. His girlfriend and son stayed in another room. They both said the hotel was tremendous! It was exceptionally clean. The staff was exceptionally kind, and they found it to be a very convenient spot for Disneyland.

Yes, we are the people who mostly spent our time at Disneyland. But we were around enough to find the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Even if it's windy, try the pool! It was refreshing and pretty! An easy walk to food, shopping, Disneyland, and bus stops. Felt safe even in the evening.

Not very happy with the Kings Inn stayed here 10 times last year and now they have been subjected to Anaheim pressure to charge extra 20 dollars for parking and a 7.99 destination fee. I might go there again if their prices get below 70 dollars a night!!! Which might happen with the extra taxation!!! Some business just don't get it!!! This place probably just lost me as a customer at 100 dollars a night for 10 night this year!!! Looks like Disney parking structures are going to be more crowded. Disney might need another parking structure with there 1.3 billion dollar expansion!!!!

Staff was super friendly. The house keepers were nice and friendly. Not the fanciest place but the proximity to Disney was worth it

As title says, nothing crazy about the place. About a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland. The room had the basic necessities. It was clean, but had an old room smell to it. Bed was 6/10. Pillows 4/10. Shower only had a strong stream when only all the way on hot water. Everything else was good.

Place was simple nicely cleaned and had what we needed. Went to Disney so the room was just for us to sleep in. We checked in easy and there was enough parking.

Appreciate how close it is to Disneyland 15 min walk $6 uber. They will allow you to park you car before check in extremely helpful.Clean and comfortable nothing to empress your family but nice and spacious. Good price

First time staying here with my fam for a Disneyland trip and very unimpressed. Will not be staying here again. We arrived and the room was obviously not clean. A very disgusting bottle was on the floor right in the walk way to the bathroom. Hair in the bed. Fridge was not on. Beds are rock hard and since the floors are laminate, you can hear everything above you if you are downstairs.

My mom and I stayed at the Kings Inn for two nights this past January and it was literally perfect for our stay. We were lucky and had a room near the front, making it really easy to get up and go to the parks each day. All of the staff was really helpful and friendly and we enjoyed our time there! If you're looking for a place to sleep that's close to everything, you can't go wrong here.

We should’ve stayed somewhere else. Had to pay for parking, which was not shown on their website beforehand, that was beyond ridiculous. Had no microwave in the room nor in the snack store the hotel provides. Heard some guy and his wife screaming in their room then couple hours later, we see an ambulance and a fire truck at their room. My boyfriend and I will never stay here again. A HUGE waste of money and HUGE waste of time at this hotel.

Great stay bed was very comfortable room was very clean just wished pillows were full sized and tv was bigger but that is just a small bit pick on my end the staff was very nice and helpful would stay here again
