The staff are excellent and very helpful, room very spacious and the shower was awesome! The bed was very comfortable, loved having a balcony room. My go-to-place to stay when in Seal Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The daily FREE breakfast was surprisingly good and saved us so much money. I appreciated the removable showerhead and you can tell the bathrooms have been updated recently. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The location is excellent and central to everything. They also have a nice looking pool and hot tub. The place just has a lot of character. We'll definitely be coming back.

A very nice and clean place to stay. Family oriented. Staff very friendly and helpful especially Quinn whom I talked to before our trip. We were celebrating my son’s 50 birthday on Carnival cruise. We had a shuttle to cruise terminal but a larger family resulted in no room for us but Service desk arranged for a Lyft to pick us up. Only complaint was this large family stayed in the dinning area ( which was small) after eating breakfast and chatted instead of leaving after eating so others could eat. There was No tables available. Some guest went out side but there weren’t enough tables or chairs outside.. suggest a sign requesting guests to be courteous and leave to another area to carry on conversations so other guest can have tables to eat. The large families were done but did not relinquish tables for those who needed to sit and eat! This was the only improvement I felt needs addressing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay! We’ll return to this hotel next time we’re in Long Beach.

Location is half a mile from the beach with an easy walk down a street with some great stores for shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly. For a beach hotel, this place felt pretty clean. Our room was a nice size - king bed, pull out couch, jetted tub, balcony and a safe. Breakfast was decent.
All and all, I would recommend this hotel.

Great location a very short walk to Main St. this is a step back in time- quaint shops and tasty restaurants plus the beach is at the end. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Ladies at the desk very friendly. My complaint is the mattress definitely needs to be replaced

A hidden gem! An older, but well-maintained, comfortable hotel. Out family enjoyed the hot tub, breakfast, and walkability to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. Would recommend!

Stayed 1 night before our cruise. Easy walk to Seal beach and Main Street with lots of restaurants.
Complimentary breakfast was great.
Rooms are dated and you can hear everyone above you and beside. Did the job for the nights stay.
Overall great experience.
Will definitely use again if needed.

Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable. The property is unique, some would say outdated. I guess pets are allowed because a dog was yapping a few rooms down. The noise from the stairs and hallway are heard in the room with no effort. Luckily things quieted down as it was off season, but I can imagine during the summer having issues during the late hours. Great location to the pier and Seal Beach shops and restaurants.

I can not rave about The Pacific Inn. From the early check in to the late check-out, the staff and accomodations were 5 stars plus. The hotel has a great central location in Seal Beach. The complimentary breakfast was good. The front desk staff are amazingly helpful and kind. If we ever make it back to Seal Beach, this will be our choice for accomidations.

As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by the sweetest receptionist.(Quinn).
who was very polite, friendly and professional.
The room we stayed in looked as though everything was pretty much new. The room was clean, plenty of toiletries and smelled so clean and fresh. My husband and I have travelled a lot and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This hotel rates at the very top of our list!!

Great location - can walk to all the restaurants and bars in the area. Building was on the older side, but well maintained and safe. Plenty of parking. Good staff. Breakfast was not great, but not a big deal for me.

Staff is GREAT!! Breakfast is good and even provided cardboard drink carriers to take back to the room. Room is comfy and has a beautiful view through palm trees. Area is nice and felt safe walking to the pier.

This is a great place to stay. It’s close to the beach and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The continental breakfast had many choices. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff is very caring and helpful. My daughter and I appreciated the VanRide to and from the Christmas Parade with our chairs to another area this busy weekend. Also, appreciate the staff for restaurant suggestions and directions. Great place with wonderful shops , music, restaurants,walking distance, nearby on Main Street.🤗💕

The Pacific inn was clean, comfortable but the road traffic noise was a huge disappointment. TV was super annoying to operate and the front desk staff didn't seem to know anything, not helpful. The breakfast was great! Hot tub nice, too cold to use pool. Location close to everything.

Fantastic, quiet hotel just a short walk from the beach and from the old downtown of Seal Beach. Loved exploring the area around it, & lots of fun dining options downtown! Very clean, comfortable bed, and good breakfast.

It was amazing the pool area was small but prefect for my toddler, the hot tub was a huge plus, breakfast served from 5-9 i think, and the rooms are clean, fully stocked and equipped. I would feed recommend and we will be staying here again

This is possibly the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. The staff was cleaning every common area surface all day long! They work hard. The coffee maker in the lobby was very good.
The pool area was clean and the spa was hot with good jets.
The shower was super clean with great water pressure and a detachable shower head with a lot of choices.
The hot breakfast was just okay but well stocked.
The location was very close to the shops and restaurants on Main Street and about a 10 minute walk to the beach.
If there was one thing to change, the mattresses were very firm and although I like firm these hurt my hips. One of the mattresses seemed to sink in the middle. We had a third story room with a balcony overlooking pch. We liked sleeping with the slider open but the car noise with people flying by with popping or loud exhaust all night made it hard to sleep. I would request a room not facing pch.

Always enjoy staying here. Very convenient to our local family, plus we love walking along Seal Beach's Main Street and pier. Breakfast provided by hotel is substantial.

Loved everything!! The staff was wonderful and so helpful!! Breakfast was very good. If we are ever in the area again, will be our hotel of choice!!
