Lovely location and our room was very spacious with a fab view. Only not a 10/10 due to the shower. Looked great but no power just a fine spray. Couldnt wash my curly hair.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I did notice some changes, some good, some not. My room looked refreshed, but it had no wall decor and seemed unfinished, but immaculately clean. There was nowhere comfortable to sit, but the bed was extremely good to sleep on. The outbuilding in which my room was situated had a large foyer, strangely decorated with two hard chairs and an ironing board. My room heater wouldn't turn on, and the receptionist told me it was centrally controlled and would turn it on. That was fine for the first night, but didn't work on the second. I did not have breakfast on site, but dinner was quite good, as was service and price. In summary, the room price was extraordinarily low and more than compensated for the flaws noted. But I'd rather pay more to have the heat go on.

Lovely hotel although it does show signs or wear and tear!
The duvet was particularly cheap and nasty and the carpet is threadbare in a lot of places
Easy check in and a nice bar
Good breakfast apart from the orange juice which has to be the cheapest most unpleasant I have ever drunk (did not drink!)
