Hot tub was out of service
One of the pillows had a very bad smell (like old stinker sneakers). I had to put it in the bathroom so I could sleep
No bottled water in the room for the coffee maker

The property is under construction but it's still really maintained. I did want breakfast but that didn't start until 6 and I left at 530
$$$$
