Beautiful hotel and outstanding front staff

In the middle of the night I kept getting scared awake because our room kept vibrating. Got only 2 hours worth of sleep because of it.

Good location and easy to get to from the freeway.

They do not have a complementary breakfast. They do not even have complementary coffee, you have to buy it!

Think you have this rated at 3 stars. This property is not three stars. Please change ur rating for future guest. There are other hotels around this one that are much better. It’s dated and run down, it’s under some type of construction as well. I would maybe give Thai 1 1/2 - 2 stars at the most.

Everything was great - clean, friendly service.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and quiet. Just the respite needed on my drive.

Very friendly and fast staff - very service oriented. Super clean building. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean and comfy. Walking distance to fast food & convenience store in safe area. Pool & hot tub area was nice & clean. Hotel restaurant was nice.

We had a nearly impeccable experience during our stay at your establishment. The facilities were exceptional, with impeccably clean rooms and convenient accessibility to various amenities. However, the overall quality of our stay was marred by what appeared to be a lack of staff training. Upon my arrival on Saturday, there seemed to be an assumption that I was part of a group party taking place at the hotel. Despite my clear clarification that I was not associated with the party, the front desk attendant seemed slightly embarrassed and dismissed the misunderstanding. Regrettably, I was assigned two rooms on the first floor. Considering the potential presence of numerous party guests on the same floor, I inquired about the possibility of a room change. The front desk attendant assured me that only two rooms were occupied by party guests, which turned out to be an outright falsehood. As a result, my family and I were repeatedly disturbed throughout the night, enduring loud noises, screaming, and slamming doors that persisted until 2am. Eventually, we were compelled to contact the front desk for assistance. Had the front desk attendant been forthcoming about the actual situation and shown more empathy towards the well-being of her guests, this unfortunate ordeal could have been entirely avoided. I believe that improved training and a heightened sense of responsibility among the staff would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Bed was hard as a rock. Everything else was great. Was supposed to get $10. Credit for breakfast, never honored that. Other than that had s great time.

The stay was for a work banquet. The staff was amazing! My room was very comfortable and the hotel was well maintained

Wife loved the Kings sized bed. However, being a Sleep Number was the drawback - did not expect it and did not know how to set to our number as we do not know what our number is. Breakfast was outstanding, the staff were friendly and courteous, place was clean. If there is a way to set the bed, then leave instructions of what to do first on the bed by the remote.

Expedia and all hotels that they work with should disclose on their websites that they Don't Take chime debit cards. Saying it isn't a bank and that they can't use the card. I was refused service because I used my chime card. I booked with It on Expedia and had to use card at front desk for deposit. I felt discriminated against and was offered to contact you guys for a credit. If I was traveling somewhere out of town or state this would have been a disaster. You guys should define was a major bank account in before allowing someone to spend their hard earned money on your site just to get turned around at the front desk how embarrassing and very inconvenient.

The property was great. Love the bathroom and the SleepNumber bed. I wish they would have emptied our trash from our rooms everyday.
