The hotel was convenient to everything, restraurants, shopping and more..I would definitely stay here everytime Im in Rockford..

Really clean, and the staff were friendly.
The hot water was tepid. To be fair, it was –21°C that night, but I would still have hoped for a properly hot shower.

No breakfast included on price despite having similar rate with Hilton, which included breakfast. Dirty and smelly shits and pillowcases. Sticky floor in the bathroom and visible stains on the floor
