Pleasant, trouble free and comfortable

spacious room and bathroom. Exceptional cleanliness. comfortable bed quiet great service and staff

Cover for Iron board kept coming off. Ironing board quality was not aligned with room quality.

Got to do better

I like that the room was spacious and the beds was comfortable.

I didn't like that soon as I checked in and went to my room, which I checked in right after getting off work and my room didn't have any running water. I felt that the staff knew that this was a issue but didn't let me until I called complaining about why I did t have any water. Than the coffee maker didn't work so I couldn't make me a cup of coffee this am.

It was not worth the money I paid

I liked the pool and the fitness room also the mini bar also the shampoo and conditioner and lotion in the rooms

The price is ridiculous. The fact that we have to pay for breakfast even tho we spend a lot of money. WiFi isn’t free unless you sign up for Hilton vip and the room is bland and basic. Also the outlets don’t work

the lobby and rooms were being renovated. pool area crowded and loud in the evenings

Pleasant

Room was very clean.

The king bed had a bottom sheet that was the wrong size and on with the seams on the outside. It kept slipping off at the corners. It belonged on a much smaller bed. Highway traffic noise all night.

Not a good experience at this hotel.

It was close to where we were going for my daughters soccer games

When we came in there was no one at the counter and the lady took her time coming to check us in. She was very short and not welcoming. There was someone smoking in the hotel, I could smell in in my room and the security came and looked but nothing was done and no follow up afterwards. Then the next morning we walked downstairs and the whole lobby wreaked bad of heavy weed smell. The hotel was full, and people were ridiculously loud, and kids were running up and down the hallways knocking on peoples doors. It didn't seem like anyone on staff cared. They said we had to call to get our room cleaned which I don't think I should have to do that, once every few days or a set schedule with the customer upon check in is a better idea. I really felt like it was not customer friendly, and no one cared about our needs. Also, so disgusting that people are smoking in the hotel. Not acceptable.

uncomfortable, disappointing, unhappy

I would like my money back due to the poor customer service. my family and I was treated poorly and discriminated against. The manager on site was ethnically dishonest. I was threatened that I would have the police called because I told the manager that my kids wasn’t being discriminated against but we where! I need to speak with cooperate regarding this stay.

Great Atmosphere, Safe, and Clean. A++

Staff was very helpful A++. Safe area, plus there is security on premises. Property was well kept and clean.

We loved our room, the spa bath was amazing. Our favorite part was our HUGE walk in shower!

What we didn't like was how powerful the chlorine was when we walked into the pool area. Our eyes were burning even though we didn't even dunk our heads into the water. Then the morning we were checking out we had breakfast, and for 4 eggs it cost us $20!! We would've been better off going to a restaurant being charged more but leaving full. Our bed wasn't very comfortable at all. It felt very hard and the blanket was very itchy.

poor quality breakfasts cable didn’t work for 2 days, not their problem, no compensation given, not even a $6 breakfast rooms are $275 per night with fees

Very good

Did not have breakfast had other plans. Location was great. Desk person was very friendly and greeted us with enthusiasm. She was actually a high point of our stay. Room was clean and adequate for our needs.

The pillows were way too soft!
