Staff were incredible with every interaction. They went out of their way to make our stay awesome including remembering children’s names and asking how they were enjoying themselves. Breakfast was lovely as always. Only wish is that Aveda products were offered throughout not just around the sink.

It was a great stay! We checked in very late and they were there to welcome us. And they granted our request for a late check-out. Hotel located at the downtown area, very close to the waterfront and other tourist areas and restaurants.

Service was second to none. However, the mini fridge was not cleaned out. There was no conditioner in the bathroom. No room service after 10pm. Indoor parking was tight. Room was a little outdated, but otherwise spacious and clean. The location was excellent. ScotiaBank Arena was a 5 minute walk away. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. My family and I had a great stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Prince George hotel. The location is great and allowed us to walk to most of our destinations. The service was wonderful. The gym was below par. The bike did not work the second day I tried to use it. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

Love this hotel. Great location, fun happy hour, beautiful rooms. Stayed on the Crowne floor this time and it offered some incredible perks that would make me book it again. (Free breakfast and private lounge)

Extra charges for everything, including parking, after paying a lot of money for the room was very frustrating. Also frustrating having a room facing a nightclub — very loud.

Loved the stay, check in and lobby staff were great. Requested our car from valet at 9, and had to ask again at 9. Also, power outage, (I know not under the hotel control) but still charged full price for cold breakfast and not everything available. Outside of those two small things it was excellent. Also, forgot the Roxbury was across the street, and was thumping loud til late.

Our room was on the harbour side which is also across the street from several bars that blast music late into the night. If you are looking for a quiet restful night I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel, at least not on the harbour side. It was very disappointing because everything else about the hotel is quite nice.

Great service, the staff was accommodating and the room was spotless. The tub didn’t drain properly, but apart from that it was a great hotel.

Hotel staff were fantastic, location was perfect for why were there. The only negative was the lack of sound proofing between rooms and hall. I could hear the people in the next room when they were in the bathroom and people in the hall. Also, please start changing your toilets to high toilets. Yours are very low for people with mobility issues. We will be back. I’d come back just for the pillows!!
