I reserved a room with a Venice view, and I'm glad I did. The room was large, with a glass partition between the shower and the bedroom. With the large window beyond, it made the mood quite special. Everything was lovely and clean, but... the mattress was terrible--memory foam so lumpy, it should have been replaced long ago, along with the four pillows that, conversely, were like rocks. I did not sleep well. If the bed had been comfortable, I would have loved everything about this hotel. I had a good dinner in the dining room, and in the morning, a nice, full breakfast. The staff were gracias, and the lobby was lovely. I especially appreciated the shuttle bus (8€) to the airport, making it easy to relax the evening and morning before my flight.

Very clean rooms and hotel.
Staff is exceptionally helpful.
They have shuttle service for an additional fee . Airport is only 10 minutes away and the provide luggage storage before 2 pm check-in.
I thought also was reasonably priced.

The staff was amazing. They were all very helpful. We had just gotten off a cruise and they could tell how tired we were so they asked the cleaning team to hurry and do our room so we could check in asap.
