Overall it was ok. It could have been better, at the front desk they said I was upgraded but the room looked exactly like what I booked. The room was comfortable and clean. The only real complain I had was breakfast wasn’t that great, it was cold and just not what I expected. It could be better.

The bed sheet was dirty, never had any room service in the two days I was there. No fresh towels, no rolls of toilet paper, no garbage taken out. Nothing. Do not disturb sign was not on door so no reason for it

We traveled with a group of about 100 kids plus parents. The hotel was extremely accommodating to our large group and I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly for the most part. The room as well as the breakfast area was very nice. The only thing I didn't care for was the lighting over the sink area. It was very dim and hard to do makeup and hair.

I am an International Event Manager/Travel Director. This is one of the cleanest hotels I have been in. The only thing I wish they’d do is offer water at the front desk for IHG members. The thermostat wouldn’t cooperate either and it was quite warm in my room.

Clean and quiet. Good location. Staff at desk and breakfast were friendly. Breakfast ready at 6am. Furnace wasn't sending warm air upon my arrival but staff came quickly to fix it and were willing to move me if he couldn't.

Clean rooms. Free breakfast wasn't as great as they used to be for Holiday Inn since everything is pre-packaged. Staff greeting us wasn't the most friendly when arriving but the person there checking out was. Lot of parking. Very close to downtown Naperville.

Was not impressed - aging hotel with pealing wallpaper in the elevator. Elevator was kinda "scary", staff was nice enough, but I won't be running back there at no stretch of the imagination.

Beware! We were put in a room with visibly dirty floor and broken door lock. We were transferred to another room and that room was also had dirty floor and sheets looked like they were not changed. They gave us another room and there was a BIG YELLow STAIN on the bedsheet annd what seemed like a shoe mark on the blanket and we found an insect cockroach body on the floor! By this time we were so tired and just wanted to sleep. We were told by person by the lobby that floor dirt was paint from door. Yup they are trying to make an excuse. Floor was sticky dirty. Will never stay here.

This was our second time staying here. We enjoyed the suite we were in, although we hoped to have the room a little chiller. Everything was amazing, and clean.

We needed to use the pull out couch and discovered that there were no extra sheets, pillows, or blankets. We called the front desk and were informed that we need to go to the front desk to pick up these items ourselves. We checked in with three people and were provided with three card keys so it just makes sense to me that all three of us would not sleep in one bed so why wouldn’t we be offered bedding if it was not automatically provided in the room. Then we ordered room service but received no forks. And the bathtub was not very clean. There was mildew in the tub.

Felt nice, clean and safe. Breakfast was great. Our room was a little dated and had some quirks like a missing doorknob to the adjoining room, which doesn't make or break anything, just felt odd! Overall I would stay here again. Beds had both soft and firm pillow options which were labeled which we thought were cool. Sheets were super soft too!

Mattress was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was far better than most offerings at other hotels. Front desk manager, Jay, was terrific. Property was clean and pretty well maintained. Convenient to I-88 and I-355 tollways
