I made a very late reservation and the individual working the front desk greeted me after the desk was closed and was sooo amazing and helpful and just a very wonderful person. I was sooo thankful for her and the ease at which she made my chec in.

I like the fact that the bed and bathrooms were separate from the living room and kitchen, so that one person could go to bed earlier if they needed to and it would be quiet. I like that there was a TV in both the bedroom and the living room. The cooktop and dishwasher worked just fine. Since we were there for nine days, we appreciated the amount of storage for groceries and a full-size refrigerator with an icemaker.
When we arrived, the person who supposedly cleaned the room had put fresh towels out, but did not put on clean sheets, vacuum or mop the floors or make sure the dishes provided were clean. The carpeted floors were filthy. Because check-in time is 4 o’clock, and the housekeeping staff had left for the day so we had to wait till the next day to have the carpet swept and the floors mopped. We got sheets and changed all the bedding and ran a load of dishes to get everything clean. There was an odd assortment of silverware, but only 1 teaspoon. There was an old very large skillet that was bowed so that only a very small portion of it touched the heating element so we had to borrow a skillet from a family member. The next day the promised cleaning person who was to start with our unit first thing in the morning did not, so when we returned around 3 pm we had to find someone to get it cleaned. She mopped the floors, but didn’t rinse the mop so later when we spilled water on the floor, and went to wipe it up, the floor was soapy. This hotel welcomes animals, and while the carpet got swept, it was by no means clean. In a place that welcome animals the floors should not be carpeted. The TV was not a smart TV but an old tv that used an old satellite system, which worked fine but limited what you could watch. There was no way to use any streaming services. Once we got the place fairly clean, we were comfortable enough to not go elsewhere, but I wouldn’t stay there again. There were some very nice people working there, but the overall opinion we got was that management didn’t really care or take pride in their establishment.
