The breakfast was amazing, always fresh
I called to request a room away from the elevator and asked about the indoor pool since I had kids with me. I was told they would get me away from the elevator and wound up the closest room to the elevator. I was told the pool is running and stays warm. We get there to find it was down for repairs the entire weekend.

The rooms were spacious and clean.
I was disappointed in the handling of check-in. The staff was standing around chatting while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. The amenities were all not available. The pool was down. The final disappointment was the front door was being repaired and it was supposed to only take a few hours. The door was down my entire day of three days. That was a major inconvenience and the staff could care less.
