Everyone was very nice and place was clean The hotel is in need of upgrades as we had problems with electrical issues in our room and one of the theelevator was out of service

The staff was very friendly, curtious , clean , the only complaints i had was my bath tub a little dirty , asked at the front desk to have it cleaned and no problem cleaning it ! The only other problem was the pool area they should have something on the floor around the pool so it not so slippery, i almost fell walking to the pool .

I expected it to be nicer. The breakfast was good. The room was ok, but the bathroom was a little dirty. The rear entry, closest to our room, smelled of pot and had a trash can overflow for a day. The concrete sidewalk was busted up. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant.

Amazinv front check in girl. Went above and beyond for our family. From simple things as finding us the condiments we need at 9 pm from a take. She was also able to relocate our rooms so they were adjoining. Not to forget to mention she brought our family more towels to the pool area at 930pm! The kindest young lasy ive seen working! Our rooms weee clean , comfortable and quiet!

Nice quiet hotel. Decent but not spectacular breakfast. We stayed here specifically because it was pet-friendly. My only criticism is that there are no good areas to walk our dogs around the grounds (as our dogs have been taught to evacuate in tall brush). Would stay here again.

This hotel was fine. Nothing fancy but good for a one night stay, which is what we had. They lost stars because the bathroom in our room looked clean but had a very strong urine odor. Yuck

Dirty sheets! We asked for new sheets and were assured it would be taken care of, but when we returned to our room they just made the beds with the same sheets! The same stains and hairs were in the sheets! Disgusting! We did ask for another room on our next night and moved but this is gross. Housekeeping is not doing there job. I was told it was because they are short staffed. Really! I get that but they took the time to remake the bed with the same dirty sheets! Never will stay again!

Hot breakfast in the morning!!! Many hotels in the area are still milking COVID restrictions to provide way less for breakfast selections. The same goes for the hot tub! Definitely, our first selection is to stay here next time we are in town!

Breakfast was not good. Food was not hot and (powdered) eggs were horrible. No fried potatoes. Juice glasses were too small. No hot coffee sleeves for cups.

The customer service is wonderful. I had to change rooms because the first room had rusty water coming out the bath tub tap and no hot water. The second room the bathtub water was a little rusty when initially runny faucet but it cleared up quickly and no other unsightly water. The place does need updating, obviously the pipes. The pool was big, warm and nice space but again, needs updating from corrosion. The place is very clean, the room good size and beds comfortable. They have a great exercise room, better and bigger than most places with good equipment and bottled water. Another nice touch is the happy hour with 2 free drinks (wine, beer, or soda) per guest. Overall great stay. I usually travel with my dog, This hotel has specific rooms for pets, which I am afraid of based on prior experience at other hotels. I am in town weekly, but if I have my dog will choose a different hotel.
