Breakfast was excellent- pancakes were a great addition! Lots of seating room also a plus.
Employee reminded us at 9:45 pm that pool closed at 10. We were eating a late dinner -take out from the bar next door- at a table in pool area after a long day. We knew pool closed at 10 and had every intention of being out by 10 even if it meant eating in our room. 9:50 we were reminded again of pool closing time and again at 9:55 - yelled from the far end of the pool. We were walking towards the half door towards the hallway and he turned the lights off and it was completely dark. We were less than a minute away from the gate - some of our group of 8 were already in the hallway. VERY RUDE!!!!
Clean rooms, but hallways smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Very disgusting.

Breakfast was decent, location of the hotel was convenient.
We stayed in a lower level room and it seemed like there had been some water problems.
The room we stayed in smelled of mold/mildew.

I only gave it a decent review because the other receptionist saved our day and life by getting us in a room asap. I think her name was Keisha. She deserves a raise and should be the manager. Even my dad who visited the party said how nice she was. Hire more people like her please!
I have the rating I did because we called in advance 2 different times and were promised by the person at the front desk we were talking to that he had so many pool side rooms available and they would be ready early and confirmed he kept one for us. We come the next day and they tell us they had no idea about any of it and we could not get a pool side room or early. He was very rude about it too, his name started with an S I think. Did nothing to help or fix it. Didn’t even apologize even though we are pretty sure we had been the one we’ve been talking to one the phone. This was very unacceptable and the reason we will not be coming back if we can’t trust the people working for it. We’ve gone 2 years in a row because my son loves it but never again will I chance having to deal with that on an already stressful day.
