Nice clean hotel comfortable beds

Breakfast was good. We were missing the sausage gravy, but the eggs were super. Pancakes and Waffles choice of some fruits and the coffee was always brewing. That's very important thank you to your wait staff workers they were right on top of things. A/C worked good but after we were getting ready to leave I told my husband I thought it was moist in the room, He told me there was a dry setting we should have used!

Signage, signage, signage!!! The hotel should give a notice of the Exit number and to be aware if you miss it there is not a turn around for 7.7 miles so you just went 15 miles out of your way! If we were not already booked and just looking for a place to stay and missed the exit, NO WAY would we have turned around. We'd have just keep going to the next hotel.

We showed up and after the second room having major hygienic problems we had to leave. We did not stay for the night.

Public hair all over the bathroom and beard hair in the sink.

Great Stay but paid too much.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean and quiet (other than the smoke detector in the pool area beeping every 60 seconds because it needs a battery). Attached bar also had great staff. Very welcoming all around.

Mainly price but my kids asked me to add the following statement "Staring at the turned off pancake maker while waiting in an impossibly long line for waffles."We intended to stay at another location but our reservation was cancelled the night before. This was the last room available so I paid out the abacus for it. I get it business is business but sad to think that for double what I paid for one night here we stayed 4 nights in a Double Queen Suite at a competing brand hotel in Illinois 10 minutes from downtown St. Louis......

Exceptional

Convenient location. Friendly. Great breakfast. Lounge is attached to the hotel which meant no driving out for dinner & beverages.

Very clean place

Had to wait for room to be ready after booking it . And long drive I was very tired. Breakfast should be serve until 11am not everyone is an early bird

We love this place.

Great breakfast, awesome coffee in lobby!, friendly atmosphere, clean pool area, well stocked vending area, grounds are clean, trimmed, well taken care of

It was very quiet.

The bed was uncomfortable there was water still in the ice bucket from when the housekeeper had cleaned the room that day there was water stains in the coffee maker there was blood stain on the toilet paper roll. The blankets smell like they were not washed not the sheets but the blankets.

Wasn't sure but the people that were staying there seemed like a halfway house Drunks Drug dealers A couples 2 kids wete by the pool 2 mornings in a row Kinda ridiculous The hot tub jets didn't work
