They don't clean the room daily. I stayed for five days with my wife and two children, ages four and two, and on the third day I had to report it to the front desk where they told me that they clean if requested by the client. I do not recommend this hotel for stays of more than two days.

Our room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had lots of counter space. What I enjoyed was the lighting. I could really see to put on my makeup! Some hotels have fancy lighting but you can't see to apply makeup. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

I really liked the room. I've stayed at several motels in Mobile over the years and this was the nicest room of them all. Clean, well furnished and a nice LG tv. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee snd the coffee station. There was no regular sugar or creamer for the coffee. There was all kinds of artificial sweetners and flavored creamers which I didn't care for. Overall though a great room and motel staff.

Great place to stay, especially if you're headed to Bellingrath. Staff really great.. Never was impressed by last two hotels that we stayed in at Tillman's Corner, but this is the best one!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was good. The daily lunch bag snacks were great and beneficial for my stay. The door to our room was very difficult to close or open and the rear door card reader was not working, but the staff was responsive to work on those issues. Overall a very good stay.

Do not recommend anyone stay there. Although Asst. Gen. Mgr, did a temporary fix to the non-working phone, we experienced two problems. Saturated carpet (did not realize this until next day when we walked around room in our socks) and alarm which went off at 4 AM and continued the loud piercing noise which continued for at least half an hour. When we contacted the front desk on check out, they were aware of the problems. We were told the carpet had been cleaned the day we checked in (and apparently was still very wet). We contacted Ms. Sullivan upon our return home who apologized but said she could not help us further.

The staff was fine...the property itself was old and dirty. Used soap place back into box could have been a previous travelers prank but still disgusting. Never coming back...EVER!

We were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and everything was so clean. We really appreciated the fact that the room already had the air conditioner running and cool. The lady who checked us in even made fresh cookies and let us know about them as soon as we got there.

A/C was noisy and didn’t work well. A lot of noise from outside areas due to windows not being sound proof at all. The building was recently renovated so it was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Security door was broken.

We arrived late and checked out early so we didn’t walk around the property so I can’t say how the entire hotel looked. Our rooms were really clean so we were happy! I noticed the outdoor trash was almost overflowing, but it was late so they prolly had minimal staff there. I think there were some out of town workers staying there so there were a lot of people outside coming in and out so I think that might also have contributed to the trash outside. I am still giving them 5 stars for cleanliness because our rooms, bathroom, and halls were all clean and that’s sometimes hard to find in hotels these days. The only complaint we had was the ice machine on our floor and the 1st weren’t working. We were in a hurry so didn’t eat breakfast, but several people were and it looked ok to me. We would for sure stay here again!

Hotels.com is giving out false information on their site about this hotel and others concerning the pet fees. This happened to us twice in the past month. They say the fee is one price but when you arrive the hotel has a higher price. At that point you just have to pay it because the booking is non refundable. Although Hotels.com is responsible, the individual hotels should be aware of how they r being represented and insist that adjustments on the site be made. The hotel apologized but said there was nothing they could do. I will no longer be using Hotels.com and will call all hotels directly to assure that I’m getting the correct information.

The parking was not great. Some of it was people not parking correctly. The air did not work in one of the rooms and bathroom was not that clean. On the bright side the rest of the room was clean and the sheets smelled amazing. The staff was super nice and very friendly!

It was a pleasant hotel experience. Check in was good. Room was clean. No smells. Shower was hot. They had plenty of soap, shampoo and lotion. Beds were comfy. TV worked well. Breakfast was ok. They had a wide variety of options, but don't restock when they run out of some of them. There was only one waffle maker so there was a long line for using it (that was my biggest disappointment-i didn't want to wait half an hour for a waffle). Check out was easy. I'd definitely stay here again.
