Cleanliness and comfortable bed
The rooms felt damp when we arrived as well as the linens. It improved somewhat when we turned the AC from Hi down to medium. The TV setup was difficult to figure out - our friend traveling with us was never was able to even figure out how to turn her TV on (which she uses as soft noise when she sleeps). We managed to figure out how to turn the TV on in our room, but could not change to a different channel. The shower gel container was completely empty, but the desk lady thanked me for letting her know. The breakfast was adequate and met our needs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful
When we pulled all the covers back it was a old blood stain on the white padded fitted sheet and the room tub faucet was broke with no hot water

Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was nice.
Parking was terrible. Spaces way too small. The handicap space I used only allowed enough room for one door to open, The second night I stayed the only parking space I could find was on the opposite side of the hotel.
