I had the absolute best time in Antigua. I loved our stay, Ms Tracey is the best cook on the Island❤️

The location was perfect and the property was really beautiful. The rooms were comfortable (beds) and I actually loved the our room did not have a tv so we spent more time out on the property. The snorkeling at the resort is really good...a lot of different fish. The outdoor pool area is very nice but he pool was a bit dirty (sand and leaves on the floor of the pool) after the first day of our trip. I enjoyed that this was an all inclusive resort but the food options were limited. The buffet is nice but not something that you want to do everyday. They do have a reservation only restarant on site but if you want something different, higher end, it will end up costing you more. We did end up having a beach front dinner on our anniversary, additional cost, but definitely worth it. Two issues that we would like to put out there for others. About 20% of the staff were absolutly wonderul...smiling, welcoming, talkative...made us feel they were happy we were there. The other 80% were not friendly, we felt they were just there to do a job...not smiling, acted like we were bothering them if we needed something out of the ordinary. The other issue would be room maintenance. The toilet in our room would not flush, wasn't filling up with water. We called everyday for 4 days to report the issue, it was never fixed. They send someone to look at it but never fixed it. We filled our toilet tank by filling our ice bucket with water from the bidet.

Had to change rooms which took 2 days to arrange as the first room I would rate as 1* with very outdated amenities and bathroom not fit for use.
Changed room was slightly better, but wouldn’t return to this resort.
